    Chili seasoning mix
    1 cup chili powder
3 TBSP each cumin, onion powder, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper
    To make chili
Use 2-4 TBSP seasoning mixture per lb. of ground beef (or other ground red meat). Brown beef well then add equal parts mixed canned beans and assorted tomato products. I like to use kidney beans and a mix of diced tomato’s, tomato paste, and tomato sauce. If you like mild spice you can also add diced green chilies.
Corn Bread recipe (I substitute fresh milled corn & fresh milled whole soft or hard white wheat and cook in hot cast iron):

@@debbiealtman5373 Thank you Debbie!🥰 No. that is my younger brother Judah. I was having a hard time videoing without the tripod (I had a migraine and didn’t feel like getting a tripod) So he was helping me!🥰 He cut it and we didn’t have any more bandaids so he used medical tape & gauze!

      @@JoelleGrace you know Joelle ?
That’s ok. You do what you have to do.
Nothing wrong with that. They did stuff like that in the olden days.
Bruce said he did all kinds of stuff like that in his younger years . Nothing wrong with that. Just thought it was you.
But you do cook good from voice over.
Hope you’re feeling better. My uncle used to get migraines so bad he missed a week of work few times a year. Nothing helped and he felt like banging his head against the wall they hurt so bad. My sister gets them once in a great while.

@debbiealtman5373 Yeah, I just didn’t want you to think it was worse than it was! Judah does a lot of woodworking so minor cuts and scrapes aren’t uncommon.😂 Thank you for caring!🥰 Yeah I get migraines fairly frequently for various reasons, but thankfully over the years i have learned what can help to avoid or soothe them. They aren’t fun but I also have gotten more used to them.
