Skunk Spray Apparatus

Greetings
I find items left abandoned in the park on a very regular basis. It all goes in the trash unless they are personal property like ID or have obvious value like a watch or ring. That kind of thing I drop off at the Police Department. I just found a California Driver's License today in the park, in fact, and I'll be dropping it off later in the afternoon. I couldn't show it, obviously.
I feel it necessary to be conservative about safety in the park. I just don't take chances. I have grandkids and I know that children will disappear from even the most conscientious of parents' view.
Are you a person who cares about others and has some free time? Community Volunteers are needed all across our Great Nation for any number of jobs. They don't pay money. But the appreciation and respect from the community comes in by the truckloads.
