This is from the movie Deadpool 2. The character in the red suit was tragically burnt in an accident. He had been afraid to reveal his true self because if the scarring of his face and body. He was a hero to many. Hence, beauty out of ashes!
He wasn't burnt, he had cancer when his mutation manifested causing an abnormal reaction due to the cancerous cells gaining his healing factor, leading to his body fixing itself as it is torn apart. The ashes thing has a ton of relation to the story of the movie, not the character. Firstly, and most obvious they are fighting a villain known as fire starter, secondly deadpool lost everything that matters to him leaving him with nothing forcing him to "rebuild from the ashes." The whole point of the movie was how to cope with loss thats what gives the song such a deep meaning not some surface interpretation related to his skin condition.
