7029 Clun Castle at Langley Mill with The Christmas White Rose 14 Dec 2019

Vintage Trains operated a Dorridge to York excursion on Saturday 14 December, hauled by their immaculate GWR Castle Class 4-6-0 No. 7029 Clun Castle with class 47 No. 47773 attached at the rear.
It is seen here at Langley Mill, Derbyshire building up speed in fine style after pulling away from it's final pick-up at Ilkeston, about three miles south.

Yes Brian, we were in Ilson so it would have been rude not to film her! A bit frustrating as usual when trying to film on a small platform, but she looked and sounded superb! Cheers, Rob
