" Fish on Baby"... I'm glad you enjoyed watching it. The bobber system worked great and is made with very high quality. So are your lures. Thanks again. I'm hoping to catch a ling on it next......
You got it made in the shade living over there Jim. I’m glad to know no crab from the bay. I’ve caught some giant muddy mosey ugly looking ones fishing for shark at night off T pier but always chucked em back.
Liked the video after you got that snag undone. Well done! Be careful! Love that you give FML a huge shout out. He's the reason I rediscovered the outdoors. Thanks fellas!
Good to see you got the bobber system figured out. Someday when I have more time I’m going try out the north jetty and there is a stretch of what looks like a sandy beach towards the abalone farm that I want try as well.
Was able to go out fishing Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Fished the dog beach all three days in the morning. Perch bite was on and even caught some smelt. The waves were pretty big on Saturday, but there was plenty of time between sets.
So some huge Jack Smelt were boiling off the beach in San Clemente last December where nothing else would bite. I was about to leave when a couple guys on bikes dropped off and excitedly started casting. They saw me hook another jumbo Jack and one of them said they’ll take it if I plan on throwing it back. Long story short, I ended up taking one home and fried it up. I’ll be keeping them from now on. Try one and see for yourself!
For the south jetty you need to kayak across the harbor channel. The best place to get your kayak in the water is probably right across from the old power plant. Just past the fish processing plant. They have lots of parking there. Thanks for watching!
Uncle Jim seems like a cool guy
Awesome to see you having success with the bobber! That was a nice one. Felt like it was me catching it as you reeled it in haha!

Love it. Catch fish. Make taco.

We went today too and we saw you
Next time you need you some butter and avocado for the true Fisherman's Life experience
Great video Jim. I’ve got a camping spot reserved at morro strand the first week of December. Can’t wait to get out and do some shore fishing.

@morrobayfishing5515, What's the best place to park when fishing the jetty?

@@morrobayfishing5515 Thanks! 👍
Coolio
After 12 it is no longer a bobber, it is a strike indicator.
Next Time Try 50-50% Flour + Yellow Corn Meal + Salt + Lemon Pepper + Lil Garlic & Onion Powder... 🤔 Mmmm-Mmmmmm, Spice Up Your Life... 😜🤣😁😎
Sounds tasty! Funny, because I just started using lemon pepper on my chicken and pork.
It was all good, till you made tacos
I have to admit that was not very well filmed. In fact it made me buy new cameras.
The lions are watching you so they can steal your catch bruh
LEAVE THE MINNOWS ALONE
I always want to learn so, do you mean don't slice them up or don't move them after casting? Or something else?
