OMG! Sadie laying in the sun with cucumbers on her eyes cracked me up and was so adorably cute!!
👍👍👍💖💖💖👍👍👍
Hey guys! You can use branches a few inches in diameter from the trees you cut down. Lay them on the ground and stack your wood on top. This will help with airflow and keep the wood off the ground and prevent it from rotting.
great idea! easy, resourceful! ✨🌻✨
Good idea. I was thinking they should put the wood on something to get it off the ground.
I love your campsite. If it were mine, I would pour a large concrete pad. Cover it with an awning. Then pull the airstream under it. This would protect your living space from the elements. It would also provide a larger living, play, cook area. Many blessings and I hope everyone is feeling better.
That's a fantastic idea of pouring concrete as a base for the airstream, don't worry I'm not a scammer,I was just reading some of the comments and came across yours, that's all
I think it would lose some of its rustic appeal & they said they’re going to put a log cabin there someday. They need to leave it so they can be able to build a foundation. Just gravel should be enough for now. The large awning is a great idea though, if they anchor it deep. Otherwise it will just get stolen too. They really need a large metal gate!
@@stargirlofantares9053 Great ideas!!!
Just priced it for myself today just a concrete pour 5cm - walkway thickness $800 for me to do 160 square ft of concrete.
I did just that with mine in Florida , Love the set up.
!!!!!! Kaylee do a tick check! And even if you don’t spot a bullseye rash, This is Lyme tick season! Get in touch with your Dr.
Yes, agree with this comment. Diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2008 and NEVER been the same. Sick every day since. Nightmare. GET CHECKED, KAYLEE!!!❤❤❤
Your enthusiasm for life, your business, your homes is palpable. Sadie is amazing so advanced and just too cute❤️
I just loved the way Sadie said these tree's are like a rainbow so stinkin adorable. Many blessings to y'all
Thanks for packing our coffee Jordan! We enjoyed cups of Humble Beginnings this morning.
There is a heart shape in one of those logs!!!
I LOVE your little family and your optimisem. Thank you for sharing your Life with us❤❤
You might want to consider putting a gate at the entrance of your driveway. As long as you’re going to be away from this property you don’t want people to be able to drive right up to your camper and steal everything you have. A gate won’t prevent theft but it would be a deterrent. Hopefully no one will ever mess with your property. You shouldn’t stack your firewood directly on the ground. Stacking it on pallets or something else will prevent it from rotting as fast.
What happened to the tea part of your company. I bought the matcha and it’s really nice. When you changed your name the tea part was left off.
A small yet important bit of advice, make sure you guys put plow markers along your driveway and everything for the winter so you know where everything is when it snows.
A couple/three things...
For one, ya gotta have more than one entrance/exit. If one gets blocked for whatever reason you have the other as an escape route.
Two, don't stack cut wood directly on the ground. You'll lose a lot of it to rot. Build a shed on a raised platform. The shed should be open on 3 sides and have a roof. Each open side of the shed should be draped by plastic tarps so that you can tie them down or open/roll them up as you wish.
And, three, trees and branches fall. If they're within reach of any structure/building/mobile home, they can make a mess of it. If you have 10-meter tall trees around you, the bases of the trees ought to be 12 meters away from any structure/building/mobile home that you don't want put out of commission or destroyed.
ALL perfect calls!! I hope they read your comment!! Spot on.
Ok, I think I'm going to start vlogging my life. Because people give you advice about everything, and it would be wild helpful 😂❤
@@GlynTaylor I think you should!! 🤣🤣🤣
Don't stack wood on the ground. That promotes rot. Build some kind of platform, such as using discarded pallets. If this is temporary until it's split, that's OK.
Keep a close yet on your piles with trail cameras. People will help them selves
You guys are amazing. I got my coffee from that brand-change order so fast!
Vermont is riddled with the opiate addiction please keep your property and selves safe !
I too got my two bags of coffee , one Morning Movement, one 🐻Movement very quickly. I hear the boss man was cracking the whip, 😆!!
First thing I thought when I saw him laying them down, wish there was away to communicate instantly 🫤
I feel like every time people go from a tropical place to the mainland (US) sickness hits. I lived in Hawaii for 9 years with mostly the locals and each time we’d go back and forth to NY state myself or especially my little children would get sick. Feel better Kaylie. Sadie you definitely are a shining star !!
Sadie is a budding professional dancer and singer/actress. Loved seeing her with cucumbers on her eyes. LOL. Jordan and you Kaylee are such a beautiful couple and parents. Kaylee you are both such a gift of love to each other and Sadie. Loved the progress on clearing up the land for the Air Stream and an area for your future state side vacation home. Yes that Kabouta is a piece of work that gets things done. So until the next one be safe and prosper.
Kaylee is one badass lady. What a wonderful, grounded, loving family you guys have. Don’t ever change.
Hey Jordan and kaylee and Baby Sadie, the property is starting to take shape. I remember doing the same thing on the Oregon coast. That was almost a lifetime ago. When it's all done, you will look back on these days as fond memories. ❤
Stay safe folks!! Jordan your talents have expanded exponentially!! Take some free advice from a retired builder!! The overseas project on your land , for your new house build !! The foundation is the most important because if it is not executed properly, it will expand the headaches as you move forward!! Greetings from the sandy shores of Lake Huron!! Ontario, Canada!! GIDDYUP!!
dont waste the topsoil what you have there you could til for a farm and grow crops in, THAT IS THE REAL HEART OF YOUR LAND..............!!!!!
Kaley, I have so much mad respect for your determination to jump in and learn how to use a backhoe, welding, using power tools, and helping with the build. Love your channel and especially your beautiful little girl, Sadie. Jordan, you're blessed! P.S. I can't wait to get my coffee soon from Movement Roasters. Congrats & much success! 😁
Great job clearing site, but remember how muddy it was, and will be even with gravel... There needs to be slope, and channels with drainage before you cover everything with gravel. It will just sink into soil when water arrives, so save yourself literally TONS of expense and work by addressing the water drainage now while you have a clean site and good conditions. It will pay you back many times over vs getting stuck, and being unable to use outside areas effectively.
Sweet, precious sun bather Sadie, probably mimicking her mama’s sun bathing technique! She’s at the age where she will see things and duplicate what she sees. Very bright, little girl who has quite an adventure ahead of her. Great job you guys! Sending ❤❤❤ & hugs. 😊
As others have said, raise your wood piles. If you can get a hold of some old IBC water tanks, the metal frame work makes the perfect housing for a wood pile.
Just a little hint that make your stacking a little easier use two trees as your pole stacked between them each
Im sitting here watching the joy on your faces, and I think back to when you purchased Lola's Farm and rolled up in the bus...and when Jord built the deck outside the bus, K, you showed the same magical excitement 😊
And look at you guys now! 2 farms, a thriving business, marriage next year and the most adorable baby girl on the planet..so heartwarming to watch y'all continue to grow and expand!!
Blessings &
Much love from NJ ❤
Virtue Signaling rich kids pretending to be rustic pioneers who abandon their animals on a regular basis.
i love how everyone freaking tells you what you're doing wrong.
screw them.
do you. you guys are awesome. it is your life. live it!
!!! Even with their last video there was so much hate
After Hurricane Helene that just passed through our town Spartanburg in SC left the town devastated, I don’t want trees closed to our house sadly, because I love trees but a big branch of a humungous tree from our neighbor, went down over my granddaughter room and only for the grace of God she is not dead today! Trees too close to the house are very dangerous because of fires or storm! Please take that on perspective! Love you guys and Sadie always makes my days, she is such a sweet girl! We all adore her. Blessings guys!
❤️
SADIE'S dancing is so incredible!
I received your coffee yesterday, my first cup this morning was glorious! Thank you - you've made me a coffee lover! ☕️
Sadie is killing with laughter the cucumber slices did it😅
My philosophy has always been: earn money>buy tools>do stuff. I've always been happy to support Movement Coffee because these are some seriously industrious folks.
You got a lot done levelling the ground. Princess Sadie (the dancing queen) is always great to see, then she has cucumber slices over her eyes like a Diva, lol.
You guys are working so hard at both of your places. Well done! Sadie makes my day when things seem bleak. Thanks guys!
Kaylee is definitely in her own world when it comes to tractors😂😂 And Jordan and Sadie are absolutely sweet too. I love you guys❤❤
Cheap way to build a log cabin is to buy one and take it down and move it to your lot. 😉 takes a crane to go two stories. But… comes apart as easy as it goes together - in a day! Like a puzzle and in between you fill with mesh and cement/insulation
Again, we love you too! Such a precious family!
Nice campsite you’re making. Do hope you’ll put camper on cement pad and put a roof covering over the top of camper…..that will prevent wear and tear on camper as well prevent snow/ice accumulation. Feel better family. God bless!❤❤❤
Kaylee u look fabulous with a half up hair do!! Love it! And Jordan u look soooo much betr w ur hair n beard trimmed!!!
I just love you all! I smile so big every time you post a new video. ❤❤ Keep crushing it 🙌🏼
9:22 such a precious moment ❤ I love this song too. I choreographed a solo for my contemporary dance class years ago - totally forgot about it until now!
Hey Jordan and Kaylee! I’m down the road in Essex (VT) and I just got my coffee order this morning. This is the BEST coffee I’ve ever had. Humble Beginnings and Dream Team. Love you guys, love it when you’re here in Stowe. Watching current vlog as I sip this lucious Java. ❤️❤️❤️
Got my 2 bags of Movement Coffee down in Larkspur (south of Denver) Colorado! Thanks, Jordan and Kaylee! Love you guys and happy to support your journey!! ❤😊
It is such my pleasure to watch you grow all these years… and Sadie is seriously the cutest dancer ever 💕
Jordon nice job cleaning the land , Kaylee glad your feeling better 😊 Sadie dancing is so sweet❤
Sadie is so sweet with her sun tanning with her cucumbers on her eyes. 💗
I am so excited and even relieved that you have all these plans…. Because I don’t want to “lose” you!! Crazy how much your crew has crept into my heart.
Have you watched the Van Wives? They've been renovating a house/building shelters for their woodpile, etc., living off the grid in the middle of nowhere in Canada. They've really learned how to protect shelters, etc. in a harsh climate! Might help you!
That was so adorable, Sadie with her cucumbers, she is something. 😍Can't wait to see your new campsite when it is finish great work you guys. Stay blessed.😍🙏
There’s actually iOS apps for baby monitoring that work well. Might use less data and battery than FaceTime if you wanna try it. It’s the same idea where you just connect to another iOS device. We’d leave an iPad by the crib and use our phone in the bedroom to listen and watch
Living your best lives! Thanks for letting us be flies on the wall.
Definitely build a woodshed and keep the wood off the ground. To keep it out of the weather snow rain it doesn’t have to be something elaborate, but deathly something that will last and protect the wood so it can dry out and not rot. I hope she starts feeling better.❤
Good morning kaylee and Jordan
Omgoodness was that Leap she was dancing to? My Granddaughter at her age was obsessed with Leap! I’m pretty sure I can quote the entire move 😂 countless views 😂🥰
Wood stack looks great but you forgot one thing…to raise it up off the ground so it’s out of the rain puddles. Keep up the amazing work
Hi. I was thinking why not use some of that wood as furniture. Build some chairs or benches. Just put some really straight ones to the side. Be cool for outside around a fire pit. I know it’s early but you can choose the tree now. ❤🇨🇦
Sadie just made the whole video. She is precious.
I hope you are thinking about serious security systems in place. You will have tools, firewood, solar batteries, whatever. I lived just a few miles from your property and theft was a HUGE problem, even when people were living there!
You three are quite the powerhouse team! Love you all three 🥰
This is wonderful for you guys! You are still the Nomadic Movement to me, because you are still nomadic and moving.
I would prefer to say “You are responsible young adults who respect the environment and live lives with reduced carbon footprints”, but they are quite the opposite tricking folks into believing they are this humble couple being into sustainability and social awareness. Who cares about “nomadic” and “moving” - the times for this are over or the world will collapse even faster.
Bonfire pit too! 🔥 lifting the trees up looks like it’s saving your back also
Hopefully you're going to do solar and win generator there as well. Put in a well for running water in a septic.
Solar and wind in the middle of the forest?
Good morning guys. Love your videos and your coffee. You guys have come a long way. Please be careful in the woods. Stowe has a very large black bear population. Stay safe.
I’m thinking safety issues too…the physicality of the work(the equipment you use), and the wild animals…be careful…use safety gear guys!
I would definitely have an appropriately sized firearm and no how to use it at hand just in case.
No one wants to mourn the loss of a little one that was snatched by a hungry or mad bear .
To one of my fav couples on the line (online) lol. Sending you ton of good vibes and I can't wait to follow along the journey woooo hooooooooooooo!!!!!
I'm OH SO HAPPY for you that you've got such wonderful plans for your family up there! A log cabin, wow...can't wait to see that happen! Also thrilled that your new brand has taken off!!! The naysayers are now being sifted out and put to rest! You guys are true WINNERS, a TRUE MOVEMENT, a FORCE TO BE RECKONED WITH! Let's GO, TEAM!
Are you going to play thought police again to keep us all entertained with your intolerant replies?
A force to be reckoned with? A true movement? For what? Neoliberalism? What a joke!
@@AmayusDexter So, right off the bat, your snide comment makes me not want to interact with you, but in this case I shall.
"Neoliberalism, also neo-liberalism, is both a political philosophy and a term used to signify the late-20th-century political reappearance of 19th-century ideas associated with free-market capitalism. The term has multiple, competing definitions, AND IS MOST OFTEN USED PEJORATIVELY. In scholarly use, the term is often left undefined or used to describe a multitude of phenomena." Wikipedia
A "pejorative" is a word or phrase that has negative connotations or that is intended to disparage or belittle. So, now, I shall refrain from responding to you in the future. You're wasting your time as I CHOOSE NOT TO WASTE MY TIME interacting with 'negative nellies.' You simply stick out and do not belong here with us positive, supportive folk.
@@AntonioSilva-v8y Lol, MY 'intolerant replies?' Look who's talking! Only positive, supportive people belong here!
@@GwenArlene8181 Here we go again - the thought police is back!
You are such hard workers! You homestead is in a perfect. Great to know Kaylee is feeling better! Love seeing her killing her backhoe time! Good luck with the boom in your coffee business! Sadie is such a cutie! Love from Pennsylvania 💕🌷🐻
Hope Kailey gets well soon...of course, the climate change between Panama and Vermont is quite the contrast. Hope you both adapt well and are able to do some work on the lot. My prayers are with you guys and with Sadie...:)
Jordan you got a well deserved hair cut.😊
I already thought that you guys would build a cabin after you complete your Panama home. I was thinking this from the beginning of this video and I also know you hate your trailer. Plus, Vermont is heaven needing a little cabin and fireplace for your cozy home visits. How could you not want that with that beautiful piece of property. ❤
Texans here. We are visiting your gorgeous home state to spend a weekend with our grandson at Norwich. Stepped into yall’s roastery in Stowe. We met Melisa and Brittany (forgive me if I have misspelled your names). They were so very, very helpful and wonderful people to talk to. Purchased some wonderful coffee and a re-branded T-Shirt. Love your Channel and especially Sadie. Praying that Kaylee is totally recovered and you can keep on stacking that wood brother. You are going to need it. It’s cold up here in these parts.
I think you guys should look into Waldorf education! I think you would absolutely love it! It is the most natural, organic, respectful way for a child to learn. Instead of you teaching her when you think she should be learning things, Waldorf meets a child right where their brain is developing. Waldorf schools do not introduce letters and numbers until first grade. And then they learn it between September and December and they’re already reading. They do this because that’s when the child is ready for it. Most people year after year after year from preschool to first grade are teaching their kids the same old thing trying to get them to learn their letters and numbers, when they should just wait and I’ll learn it easily. This is just an example. At her age up until kindergarten you develop the imagination through music, plays, storytelling, playing house, adventures in nature… you could make a sand pit for Sadie with old pots and pans and let her play in there for hours using her imagination. She can also learn coordination to develop the right and left brain connectors. Take your right hand and tap your left knee and then your left hand to your right knee. There’s a ton of information in books you could look into. A lot of homeschoolers use Waldorf because it’s so charming in a beautiful way to learn with nature.
I went to a Waldorf / Steiner school, my parents were Waldorf teachers. What you are describing here is not really correct. Please read up on the whole philosophy - it’s not as simplistic as you make it sound.
Great idea. My 13 yr old grandson has been going to one for almost 4 yrs. Perfect fit for him as he’s very artistic and creative and smart to boot. He’s excelling in so many areas much more than what public schools offered. Sadie’s exceptionally smart at such a young age. And quick learner. 👍
Seems like everyone has advice, so here is mine. Make your clearing really large so if any of those nice tall trees comes down, they won't land on your Airstream. Winter winds can wreak havoc with trees. Maybe 200 feet by 200 feet?? Kailey, hope you are feeling better!
Good going!!
Everything is looking great! Thank you for keeping us up to date!
I received my coffee today. I could smell it through the package. Thank you for this wonderful product. Thank all your workers.
Kaylee, our friends have the exact same Kubata. They live in the PA woods and use it all the time. They say the same thing. Best purchase they EVER made!
How exciting!!! I’ll be here faithfully watching 😊
Good going guys!!! New chapter, happy life as a family!!! 🇨🇦😊
Glad yas are doing well stay safe 💓 😊
I'm so excited to follow the next couple weeks and beyond.
Sadie is so so pretty. Shes lovely!
So many exciting changes happening in your lives 😊 it's so fun to be able to watch ❤
No way u r being hacked u two r amazing ❤❤❤get better Kaylee and Sadie ,,u two r so strong and not one bone of laziness love u 3 take care of ur selfs
Big high success on your new site. It will be fantastic. You are quick learners & show such potential. Such a sweetie for a daughter.
Again, God bless you all!
That road is looking good you two! Your Silver Stream will be up there really soon! God bless you and your little “dancer”!💕
❤❤ the foliage beautiful 😍
Excited to try out three new coffees. Much love to you guys!
"No, no, the lens!"
Perfect! :D
You're going to want plow markers along the path. I would also go the extra mile to have a giant RV carport structure installed over the airstream to protect it from the weather. Even just a simple metal setup will protect from snow buildup on the roof, rain, sun wear and tear when you're not there and even when you are there. That kind of structure can prevent a lot of unplanned future repairs. A little added protection for a little piece of mind when you're not there.
Firewood is generally stored outdoors or in a woodshed, but the wrong location can leave it susceptible to moisture from snow melt. If it gets wet, it can start to rot. It also attracts termites, which can be a problem if it's stored too close to your cabin.
every time your little girl call baba. it reminds me of my daughter, when she was her age, now my daughter is a lady and she has got MBA . your little daughter is so pretty, she is making your episodes full of joy joy to watch. good luck to you all dears.
I was backpacking The Long Trail last week and bummer that I forgot to stop by the coffee shop while there. Maybe next time. 😊
Hello jungle family 2 you saw the last time you were there the rain an mud you need a concrete pad to sit that RV. So it doesn't sink. An your wood sit on platelets there free lots a business have them. 😊😊
You guys are so fun to watch. I am sick today with a cold and I just love watching your videos. I love your energy! I think Sadie is going to be a dancer. 😃
"J" I found with the kabotas I drive pushing dirt or level pulling with the bucket GO TO FOUR WHEEL DRIVE LOW RANGE, its a little slower but you have lots more power
They ALL come home to roost eventually. Chrome-Canada, Trent & Allie-Utah, Bec & Eamon-Canada, Vanwives-Canada, Max & Occy-Australia, & now the morning movement. Eventually, Panama will be the vacation land & America is where Sadie will grow up in. The only good thing is when The Morning Movement will move back to the United States 10 out of 12 months & the Jungle boy will inherit all the land & work for Lola farm.
Don’t think he’ll inherit it. Think he is playing farm hand at he moment looking after goats and dogs that don’t belong to him - just like the land…lol
It sure is a lot drier than the last time you were here!!!! And good weather for a couple weeks longer!!! Good timing!❤
Sadie is getting the best form of education at such a young age. It’s called life skills, Which does not get taught at school, especially at her age. She is the cutest button a live. ❤😊
Life skills do get taught in schools.
Sadie is so smart and cute and funny 🤣 love from Cincinnati guys ❤️
you all need to ship that tractor down to Panama when your done with it in vermont!
Cant wait to get my delivery of coffee!! I cannot see you guys living there in the winter! Thanks for Sharing!!
