Ultimate Air Fried French Fry

I've made Air Fried French Fries many times in the past but was never happy with them. The texture of Air Fried French Fries are nothing like deep fried. They are much harder and somewhat drier.
I recently came across a simple method to make them closer to their deep fried counterparts.
I used Canola oil in this vide since that is all I had but Olive Oil would be a better choice.
