Hey Timeka. I will start my first job on May 22 as HR generalist/recruiter in a beverage company. I am very scared because I just graduated (35years old) in Management, HR. I am very scared. I do not have experience in this role, and I do not know much about excel. Please what tips you have for me
Oh you’ll be fine! It’s just the regular first experience nerves. Let’s first start with CONGRATSSSSS!!!🥳🎉 Honestly, UA-cam is your best resource for Excel. I took an Excel course at our local tech college too. The company typically will pay for things like that. Plus, they’re only like a day or two. LinkedIn offers courses too & I think Google offers free courses for Google docs which includes excel. Beyond that, search UA-cam.
