@@Moonistic noticed the snipers on gold and Shark respawing 5 secs after being killed. I think the reason why you noticed cloackers is that they are fast, mobile and have a lot of spawn points

During an fbi assault specials respawn a few seconds after they die, its not just cloacker, its every special.
