Bubbles Becomes a Cruel Dictator || The Spoon (PPG 2016)

You know, never in my life did I ever expect to see Bubbles in a dictator role, especially considering that Buttercup was teased to be that type of leader in The Powerpuff GIrls Rule! But sure enough, the reboot once again does something with one character that would've been more fitting with another... what a surprise.
I don't believe I actually say this in the review itself, but I certainly consider the Spoon to be a Blossom episode because we spend the entire story witnessing things from her perspective. After the initial set up, we follow her around wherever she goes for the rest of the episode, whether it is finding out what's going on in town, witnessing that Bubbles has become the Spoonlord, or learning of the underground resistance base. This really should have been classified as such, but of course we instead got a mixed title card because the show got lazy in its final season and didn't care about that aspect anymore. Oh well.
