I have noticed that across these packs there is a handful of floating panels on some of the builds and a lot of the tanks, nearly all of them, have transmission issues. I know you guys are trying your best to make these as realistic as possible, but there is no point in playing these tanks if my engine is going to break after 30 seconds. Also, the pumas in this pack has no elevation rate, not sure if this was intentional or not? i fixed it by lowering the shell size of the turretless one to 0.76m, and the turreted one to 0.42m EDIT: I realized the issue, i was playing them on interwar that is why the elevation was poor.
@@legodudelol9a end of line 20 there are 3 values i donk know what each is but one is thickness one is lenth of segment and one is how wide they are set em all to 0
This pack and late war pack are missing some of iconic tanks that I have created (Maus, Jagd PZ IV, Dicker Max, Löwe etc.). I can send them if you want, just tell me how.
Maus, lion/löwe were prototypes so was Dicker max but it was used in limited capacity. Jagdpanzer 4 was standard. Maus had only 1 functional prototype so I would put it in german functional prototype with the Dicker max. Jpz 4 should be about mid war like the tiger 1s as tiger 1s began production in 1942, limited but by 1943 the heinkel tiger was chosen. Panthers began production in 1943 beginning at the panther D.
6:30 on the pz IV I had to place all of the panels on each side one by one without symmetry because symmetry on fuel tanks and trench crossers did not reflect on the hull just the object
Hate to be rude and negative, but German prioritisation just gets a yawn from me I've gone through that ww2 noob phase a looong time ago and the weird German fetishism is getting pretty boring
There is a really good reason for this in this case. All outher nations use much more rounded shapes which this game doesnt do well with. And they are quite iconic to anyone who doesnt know tanks and would putentially be getting into this.
@@polygorg The shaping point is a good reason; but lets be real, that probably has nothing to do with it lol. If the Germans used nothing but rounded shapes in their designs, you'd still be seeing people prioritising them
@@polygorg quite a few British tanks didn't use rounded edges. Pretty much everything other than Matildas and some early Churchills, as well as their LL Shermans and Grants were fairly boxy. Would be pretty easy to do anything interwar, Cromwells, mid to late production Churchill, Archer, Achilles

Why are those panzer III's almost twice as heavy (at nearing 40 tons) as they were in real life (~20-25 tons)??? Interestingly mine is lighter at around 17 tons with accurate armor values, though probably incorrect engine/transmission and maybe some gun inaccuracies...
Yeah, I don't get why he's done that either. I was hoping to get some good base models to tinker with but these are useless for that, he only creates the skin of the vehicle but all the measurable stuff is wrong.
There seems to be this strange misconception that the Jagdpanzer 38t was just a casemate mated to a Panzer 38t hull. This is however not the case.
We got a funny guy here.
Yeah, the hull is new, it just uses parts from the 38t like the suspension
@@polygorg The hull was widened, but it used the same overall design.

Now im self-contious about my 51t Sd.kfz. 234/3.
At least it could brawl a Panther.

you can remove the track using blueprint editing just set the track to 0 wide and 0 thick
Thats a good thing to know.
Thx for the info
Where in the code is the track width and thickness? I'm having a hard time finding it.

10:27 that looks more like a sug IV (8 road wheels on each side)
but its got torsion bar suspension so its neither...

How would one submit a design for a pack?
