22:24 All judges should state this so it is clear! Apparently, it’s not common sense.
A young woman was recently killed by her ex-boyfriend because the jail let him out and told him, trusted him, to go directly to somewhere else to get his tether. Obviously, he didn’t.
Completely preventable death of a beautiful, kind, smart young woman.

At 13:30 tge defense attorney tells Judge Simpson," we know that if he violates again he'll get the maximum sentence."...
..does that do a victim of a stalker any good after her throat has been cut, or after she has been beaten almost to death, if not to death?
Defense attorneys that use "logic" like this are dangerous and insulting to all victims, not only those of thier clients '.
    Pathetic

There’s a few conditions that keep individuals from making or maintaining eye contact. Also, time in prison can condition someone to not make eye contact with someone you are not trying to have a beef with. I’m not backing this guy up just saying there’s reasons beyond lying or being creepy.

For the.first time, I am highly disappointed in Judge Simpson. This guy is a predator using his kid as a shield against feeling the full weight of legal consequences who will never change. He should absolutely never be employed doing deliveries anywhere. The lawyer called the daughter a fourth victim. She is a victim of her father’s making…repeatedly. We have a legal system, not a justice system.

There are very, VERY few situations when it’s OK for criminals to invoke their children’s needs in any court hearings, trials, or in pleadings, and when they DO use their children in blatant attempts to secure benefit from the court, it shows how very depraved they really are because in reality, they show very little care. So many of these vile offenders never had a thought for their children prior to their arrests, especially as regards working or child support, and if this convict really cared for his daughter as much as he said he did, he would have stopped what he was doing from that point onward. He didn’t. ERGO.

Wish I knew exactly what he did…
I get he was stalking/harassing these women. But details demonstrate just how egregious his behavior was. I’m really curious with the judge calling him “vile.” Lol

WTH is the sound so lousy? I can’t tell what exactly anyone is saying! I like Judge Simpson but I’m ready to give up listening to his hearings. Sheesh!!

I wonder if Heather, Rachel and I are related 🤔 😂lol just kidding i know its supposedly a common last name but outside my family where i live and seeing characters in books and movies with the name I've never actually come across other non-related people with the name

If he had thought about his children, he would’ve never been disrespectful to assume this is their mother, or any woman. He would’ve put himself in a position to be away from them.

I may be wrong, but I have the impression that the guy has been coached to act contrite; apparent calm demeanor, head low, tamed voice tone, remark about his children, so on and so forth. But I find that the way he is looking around is anything but contrite, there is intensity behind that look, I'd dare to say anger. I may be talking out of my neck though.

There should've been intervention on Walmart's part to put him at a different location with no physical contact with the victims. Walmart has more than enough employees to send someone else to that location to fulfill any of his prior duties. IMO, he possibly neglected to suggest getting someone else so he could be near the victims. A no trespass could easily be put in place as a backup.

Dude, just spit the words out. Maybe he has a stuttering problem? Idk, but listening to him talk is rough.

I guess i didn't hear what he did to end up in court the first time. All i understand is that he was living with one woman for over 7 years and also was involved with another female for 2-3 years. What did he do that warranted them being victims?

Judge Simpson is going to take it really hard if this man violates his bond and hurts one of them because you could tell he was really against it at first.
