Mr. Allen was promoted! He has two chevrons now! Cpl. Allen!
Good eye! I wish we could congratulate him. He seems like a great bailiff. Plus, he’s pleasant to look at. 😅
@@Thurston86 Yeah, I wish we could!
@@Thurston86Yep. Easy on the eyes for sure.
Yea
Congratulations Mr Allen!
I missed his first appearance and would like to know the backstory
I HATE WHEN DEFENDANTS USE THEIR CHILDREN AS AN EXCUSE FOR STAYING OUT OF JAIL! HE SHOULD'VE THOUGHT ABOUT HIS DAUGHTER WHEN HE WAS COMMITTING THESE CRIMES!!!
I love when judges call this out and say the same thing to the defendant. If your kids mattered to you that much, you wouldn't be in front of the judge.
simpleton is always easy on the criminals
Yep! And sick parents, new job, "i go to church now", etc., etc..
Amen to that!!
Don’t forget “I’m the caretaker for my sick mother, child, niece, brother, dog”……
The table you're talking to doesn't believe you, either!
22:24 All judges should state this so it is clear! Apparently, it’s not common sense.
A young woman was recently killed by her ex-boyfriend because the jail let him out and told him, trusted him, to go directly to somewhere else to get his tether. Obviously, he didn’t.
Completely preventable death of a beautiful, kind, smart young woman.
Everybody's sorry AFTER they get caught
I think these women only want him to leave them alone. Damn, just damn
At 13:30 tge defense attorney tells Judge Simpson," we know that if he violates again he'll get the maximum sentence."...
..does that do a victim of a stalker any good after her throat has been cut, or after she has been beaten almost to death, if not to death?
Defense attorneys that use "logic" like this are dangerous and insulting to all victims, not only those of thier clients '.
Pathetic
This is not going to end well. He should have gone to jail. He's not been subjected to the consequences of his actions enough.
The weird hunch backing into the mic and not looking at the judge while he's speaking has a real creepiness to it.
I was wondering if he was reading what he was saying due to his posture.
There’s a few conditions that keep individuals from making or maintaining eye contact. Also, time in prison can condition someone to not make eye contact with someone you are not trying to have a beef with. I’m not backing this guy up just saying there’s reasons beyond lying or being creepy.
He did look at the judge but only in brief creepy side eyes that guy has trouble tattooed on his forehead 🫤
It looks like he's not even talking. I don't trust anyone who can't at least look at you when talking at some point. And why the heck did this girl get with this creep in the first place?!
I think judge Simpson will regret that.
The best way to keep him away from the victims is keep him in jail
I keep wondering - how old is this daughter he needs to be there for? Why wasn't he concerned about his availability to her when he committed his offense?
Let me get this straight....the defense attorney wants to place the victims under house arrest? His client can go anywhere except their neighborhood?
Ya I had to play thatt😢part over
I missed that I have to rwd glad I read comments 😆
Some backstory would be great. I know that he "faux" passed out on last appearance...
"Give me 3 steps mister, and you won't see me no more." What a load of stuff!🤔
Show me to that door
He looks and acts scary.
👍
So this guy can go anywhere but where the victims live… but the victims have to keep an eye out for him EVERYWHERE ELSE!
No. The Judge restricted him to his residence and his job. He can't be anywhere else in Ann Arbor. He'll have a monitor on...
Judge Simpson is really awesome. I also like that he doesn't see color, he only sees circumstances and is fair but firm with anyone that comes before him. This is what a real judge acts like.
☑️
To lenient: He should be doing 180 days, then a 5-year parole with a no-contact order.
5 years JAIL 🤢
What did he do?
He'll be back, with even more excuses.
i know i'm late to this but...um don't believe him. at. all.
For the.first time, I am highly disappointed in Judge Simpson. This guy is a predator using his kid as a shield against feeling the full weight of legal consequences who will never change. He should absolutely never be employed doing deliveries anywhere. The lawyer called the daughter a fourth victim. She is a victim of her father’s making…repeatedly. We have a legal system, not a justice system.
"I know [my client] has no credibility." Wow. _Not_ what you ever want to hear your lawyer say in open court.
There are very, VERY few situations when it’s OK for criminals to invoke their children’s needs in any court hearings, trials, or in pleadings, and when they DO use their children in blatant attempts to secure benefit from the court, it shows how very depraved they really are because in reality, they show very little care. So many of these vile offenders never had a thought for their children prior to their arrests, especially as regards working or child support, and if this convict really cared for his daughter as much as he said he did, he would have stopped what he was doing from that point onward. He didn’t. ERGO.
The simple fact he does not hold his head up high and make eye contact with the Judge tells me he is not only a liar, but already has determined to violate every restriction imposed by the Judge.
That’s funny! I’m 78 and my mother used to tell me “Never trust a man who can’t look you in the eye!”
A lot will go out of there way to “look you in the eye” while lying their asses off
Yep if u can't look in their eye you already know.
Autism spectrum right keep someone from looking you in the eye. Not saying that's what he has, but just saying this can keep one from eye contact.
Is this the guy who "passed out" while mean-mugging the judge?
Yes
Had some of George Floyd meds…
What a loser. He's definitely going to hurt someone!
Oh! I missed that one? Link?
Several violations. If there is no contact, he would not have been scheduled there, and if so, he shouldve said NO! He's scheeming
Not good, he can not be trusted - in the time he breaks the order and the Police reaction, he can do serious harm
Judge Simpson and Mr Allen are the dynamic duo.
buddy doing way too much talking judge simpson not buying it
Why didn't he change zones before?
Possible reasons he's looking down and kind of to the side:
- He's pretending to be ashamed and apologetic, but isn't
- He's avoiding looking at the judge
- He can better see a screen where the victims are shown on zoom but not appear as if he's staring/glaring at them
All I can say is that this defendant is one lucky sob to have such a phenomenal attorney!
He definitely did everything he could and should. 🫡
I will say, a lot of these defendants/witnesses do not know how to use Zoom. The Mills women, set up their camera exactly the way it should be. They looked great and were positioned exactly the way they should be. And they behaved like adult human beings. They are model court attendants.
Love it when the defense attorney loses it after Judge Simpson says he thought there was a 4th woman 😂😂😂😂 (21:15)
Im cases like this, with the defendants lawer saying he guarantees his client will no whatever, the lawer should also be held responsible when their client breaks their restrictions. I wonder if that would work? Also those woman looked scared sincerely scared as to the outcome. Thats sad, to be afraid like that.
This is what happens to many women and then they end up dead. 😢
His use of the word "females" rather than "women" is very telling. I find that most men who despise women as anything other than objects always use the term "females".
100%
In my language the term female is reserved only for animals (and plants or inanimate objects). Adult human females can only be called women.
agree
YES
2:33 they’re not the courts victims they’re your clients victims… there’s a difference and that’s the proof that they aren’t taking it seriously
It’s not like he can say “my client’s victims.” That would be admitting to his client’s guilt and make him a bad defense attorney 😂
Alleged victims
@@misterdanielsiiiHe was found guilty, wasn't he?
@@impersnickety7450Even with him already being found guilty? Generally they acknowledge the jury's verdict once its found.
"Probation violation walkin' here!" How many chances does this creep get? He will violate the stricter restrictions, then claim he didn't understand them, then claim he did nothing other than be in the wrong place by accident. And all the while terrorizing his victims because THEY will never know where he really is. They can't track him on GPS. If he's in jail, they'll know they are safe. As long as he's out, they never will be.
So what did client DO, exactly?
Dude cant even hold his head up and look the judge in the eye. Wtf??
It’s kind of the thing animals will do. Like for instance dogs will be submissive by looking to the side and appearing docile. That’s what I think. I think he trying to look submissive.
See this is why I love judge Simpson. I’ve said it before I’ll say it again. I’m in the community of his jurisdiction and I’m glad that he keeps me and my family safe. This guy is moving into the same apartment complex that I have family living in so thank you Simpsonhonorable judge Simpson for everything you do keep my community safe and setting me straight when I was a kid
That lawyer is so unlikable.
I don't understand, and please help me, but why tf do people like you think a lawyer should basically throw his client under the bus? No seriously. You do understand they can get off if their lawyer does not represent them to their fullest correct?
I've been a criminal defense attorney. It's hard to be likable when you know your client is a piece of shit. You do your best to be professional, instead.
His a douche.
That lawyer is doing what he gets paid to do, to the best of his ability, whether he likes his client or not. He doesn't always get to pick his clients but he made a commitment to do a job and he seems to be doing it.
@@ajm5007Agree. Just that you defend the criminal doesn't mean you approve the crime.
Good lawyer DOES NOT let his client riff with the judge.
Everyone who’s looking for the back story. The videos are available on this channel as well as We Got A Case. Enjoyed scrolling through them
Where is their testimony? I would like to see how he was looking at them! And I love to hear him talking about his own safety!
I tilt my hat to the Attorney because he is fighting hard for him.
Verbal abuse and emotional abuse is just as bad as physical abuse and a lot of times those two verbal and emotional become physical. He can’t promise that because hitting men isn’t good either.
Tethers don’t do anything in the moment, they are used for tracking purposes after the fact, mainly in a court setting. A tether does NOTHING to stop a defendant from acting in the moment if they so choose.
He won’t even raise his head and look at the judge, all the while knowing he’s going to offend immediately upon his release.
Why on earth won't this channel include a link in the description to this underlying trial? Sounds like a doozy.
I'm sure there's another trailer park in Canton or whatever 🙄 . Move on boi!
Rotflmao
Agenda is the wrong word counsel, don’t make me bust out inigo.
put him in jail
You'd think this guy was the lawyer's dad the way the lawyer is going on.
Good lawyer. I'd hire him.
This would have been interesting if I had any idea what the case was about.
Love the girls reactions
I don't believe a word.He is saying
That's what he explained to the "madistrate"??? smh. . .
He should have went to jail
Did you mean "He should have GONE to jail"...?
What are the original charges?
I want to know too!
What was his original conviction?
It sounds like either a stalking charge, maybe a harassment or simple assault.
It would be terrifying to have a stalker
What is the case about at the start? He had a trial and was convicted. There are 3 women involved--what kind of behavior? He appears pretty sketch. If he was so all-fired concerned about his daughter, he would not be going after these women IRL and on-line, right? They appear pretty scared to me.
Defense attorney thinks pretty highly of himself.
Isn't that true of just about all attorneys
he can't stay away and the women look terrified
😆 🤣 😂 yeah real terrified
Maybe the defendant should look up normally, and not try to look intimidating like an absolute criminal
I’m shocked. Judge Simpson is usually all over these kinds of cases. 😣
I get the attorney is doing his job advocating for his client, but something about him is just so annoying, just a perceived abundance of cockiness and arrogance
Oh boy I so agree.
Getting out means he will support his family? Huh....
His daughter is managing well without him lock him up.
Can never trust someone who wont talk to u looking in ur eyes. Whenever someone looks down or away is uaslly making up lies.
"It's not a matter of not liking your credibility, I don't think you have any!" 😂😂😂
If he served 180 days he would then be released without further restrictions? At least this way he is restricted and if breaks the terms he will serve longer.
Those women still look afraid
The Wire fans: the defense attorney gives Levi vibes, right? (professionally speaking)
People were asking about it in Fleischer's courtroom chat and I'm glad ya'll posted this.
His daughter should have 0 bearing on the case.
Yep. He's using his daughter as an excuse.
I can almost buy that the dude is being sincere in his promise not to violate from this point forward. I just doubt seriously if he has the ability!
Disgusted and yet lets him get off with probation? Wtf?
I don’t feel he would honor all the conditions of his bond, at all‼️🤷🏾♀️🤔
Good day, Creedence and Mickey, and the wonderful chat.
As someone who does Walmart Spark from time to time, most stores do require you to check out at designated registers. If they're both doing Spark, they can definitely run into each other. Now, still, as soon as he finished that trip SWITCH ZONES, you can change it at any time.
what did this guy get charged with?
Wish I knew exactly what he did…
I get he was stalking/harassing these women. But details demonstrate just how egregious his behavior was. I’m really curious with the judge calling him “vile.” Lol
WTH is the sound so lousy? I can’t tell what exactly anyone is saying! I like Judge Simpson but I’m ready to give up listening to his hearings. Sheesh!!
WTF Judge Simpson he gets rewarded for being a total pos 💩!!
When he hurts soneone else it's on JS I'm sick over this
I wonder if Heather, Rachel and I are related 🤔 😂lol just kidding i know its supposedly a common last name but outside my family where i live and seeing characters in books and movies with the name I've never actually come across other non-related people with the name
If he had thought about his children, he would’ve never been disrespectful to assume this is their mother, or any woman. He would’ve put himself in a position to be away from them.
I may be wrong, but I have the impression that the guy has been coached to act contrite; apparent calm demeanor, head low, tamed voice tone, remark about his children, so on and so forth. But I find that the way he is looking around is anything but contrite, there is intensity behind that look, I'd dare to say anger. I may be talking out of my neck though.
His lawyer was like i know he ain't got any credibility lmao😂
There should've been intervention on Walmart's part to put him at a different location with no physical contact with the victims. Walmart has more than enough employees to send someone else to that location to fulfill any of his prior duties. IMO, he possibly neglected to suggest getting someone else so he could be near the victims. A no trespass could easily be put in place as a backup.
Dude, just spit the words out. Maybe he has a stuttering problem? Idk, but listening to him talk is rough.
Oh wow didn't expect that ....boo judge simpson
I guess i didn't hear what he did to end up in court the first time. All i understand is that he was living with one woman for over 7 years and also was involved with another female for 2-3 years. What did he do that warranted them being victims?
Dishonest and misleading description on this video I’m done with this channel
What was the guy charged with in the first place, does anyone know?
Judge Simpson is going to take it really hard if this man violates his bond and hurts one of them because you could tell he was really against it at first.
