  • Our miners ethically dig for quartz that we sell to our visitors, wholesale customers, online at www.colemanquartz.com/collections, at the Mineral & Fossil Co-Op during the Tucson Gem & Mineral Show, at Prospectors Panorama during the Quartzsite Show. We also have a bi-weekly Facebook Live At The Mine Crystal Sale! Email your questions to sales@roncolemanmining.com.
    Dig your own crystals in the public digging area, zip-line over the mine, take a behind the scenes crystal mine tour, shop our expanded gift shop and stay at our on-property campground, Crystal Ridge RV Park and tiny home rentals.

    It is quite rewarding when the location has a high probability of producing incredible crystals.

    Impressive operation, I love to see how the best do it. Mandatory stop for any rockhound within a day’s drive, can’t recommend it enough.

    Thanks for the behind the scenes tour! I have been to your mine many times and shot YT videos as well...the Ron Coleman crystal mine is one of my favorites! In fact, I am planning on being back down there again next month, probably for another video.

    I stopped at 4 separate Crystal mines when I went down there last month but y’all are definitely on my list for the next time I go in a month or two.

    I've been to nearly every public crystal mine in Arkansas, but Ron Coleman is definitely the best! I've found my biggest points there, as well as some of the clearest too. I've been to the mine three times now, and plan to go back once it gets cooler.

    Welcome to You Tube! Wish you a bunch of luck with your new channel. I dug in that mine in the late 1970's. I am also a dealer in Tucson during the big rock show. I set up with G&LW. Thumbs up! Jim in Phoenix.

      @@rochelleburokerwroten4124 I was born and raised in southern Ohio, went to college in Columbus, etc. All of my family still live out there, and it'll always feel like home to me. Still, I am happy living here in Arkansas, and I love getting to go down and visit Jessieville and the Mt. Ida areas. It's so beautiful, and is so much fun finding all of these buried treasures.

    Small shot, but it's what you need. I worked on the Alaska North Slope and our shots were 300-500 holes. Totally different scenario.

      Gotta be careful. Too big and they blow up crystals. Slow and steady wins the race!

    Just out of curiosity, is the water that comes out of the ground hot, since you're close to Hot Springs?

    • @ColemanQuartz
      @ColemanQuartz  Рік тому +1

      Nope its a cold water spring high in minerals including silicon dioxide. Its crystal water!

    What’s a good way to price crystals from your mine? I have a lot of quartz but I have no idea what’s good and what’s just junk…

    • @ColemanQuartz
      @ColemanQuartz  Рік тому

      Ouch, junk hurts my feelings....There are a few ways to go about it. Visit our website to find similar quartz and price accordingly; visit our mine store or the Hot Springs location to view crystals and compare or watch our Facebook Live Sale to see if something that is shown is similar.
