New Years Eve Fireworks Nail Design

In this video, i'm gonna be showing you how to do a vibrant Firework Nail design. We start with a base coat, and then Void, our intense black shade. then start the design with White Out, our brilliant white gel polish.
Using a variety of jelly topcoats, including Partypool, Hugo, Mustang, and Luna, we're gonna colour the white. once we have the right effect, I'm gonna add a layer of topcoat and then some more white, this will give it some depth.
To add an extra touch of sparkle, we include a couple of crystals in the design, secured with gem gel for a stunning finish. Finish with layer of top coat to seal in the gems and complete the dazzling Firework Nails.
Adam also gives us a history lesson on Bonfire Night and Guy Fawkes.

I grew up in a tiny town that had a fireworks company. That tiny company from that tiny town has won all the major fireworks competitions over the years, to the point that they are no longer allowed to compete. It's crazy.

You should see what NYE in Copenhagen is like. It is beyond comprehension how bonkers it is with fireworks. EVERYWHERE. For hours. And I’m not talking mom and pop fizzies. Oh no Duck. We are talking festival grade, proper fireworks. It’s mental 😂
Sydney Australia has arguably one of the best displays and Ive seen it in person on a boat about as close as allowed.

I got an acrylic nail starter set for Christmas this year! I’m going to try this design. I’ve never tried doing my nails before but I did it on Christmas Day. Didn’t turn out very good but I’m going to keep at it.

Kirsty, would you mind doing a full tutorial on encapsulated nails? I am a new new tech, and would appreciate some in depth advice on that technique, I end up with a mountain when I finish encapsulating. I received my first order of your core powders and HOOKED! Immediately placed another order. Disappointed the inks are not available as a bundle. OOOOOOOHHHHH the packaging though! Btw, watching on my phone, and the weirdest thing is happening with the sound. The BG music pans right and voice pans left, even when I flip my phone 180 degrees to swap the speakers’ sides. The sound repositions itself. Kinda freaky but cool. Give it a try.

You clean gel out of your brush with clear gel. Like base coat.

Guy Fawkes was just the munitions guy. He only got caught because one of the guys who made the plan sent an anonymous note to one member of parliament he was friendly with, telling him to not attend that day. That guy told everyone else, because of course he did, and that's why the plan failed. I don't know if Fawkes was an idiot or not, but he didn't get caught because of his own bumbling 🙂
