Absolutely beautiful song and a testament that this band has never put out a single bad or even mediocre record, and continues to grow and do so in the utmost tasteful way. Every one in Enslaved is a well of creativity and talent.
I came here to basically make this sane comment. You are spot on. They have grown and out done each album they make with another amazing album. I don't know how they do it but I'm thankful to have grown up with them and be alive during the same time as this band

I saw them in Atlanta last weekend, 04/28/23...I did the VIP meet n greet , the band were awesome and so friendly !

Finally saw Enslaved last month. I was right up in Ice Dale's grill that night here in AZ. Glad Ivar made it for the last few dates. Ranks up there in my top 5 shows.

I kept looking to find the song (to shut off) but that's just how the song sounds.... 🤔 Like 2-3 different sing playing simultaneously.
There is some beautiful riffing by the legendary Ice Dale, and beautiful singing but I don't feel a flow.
It feels all mashed together.
The music to come out if all this 2020-21 era of lockdown metal is really coming out with the most awkward sounding recordings.

Its called harmony and polyrythmia in music theory. Not everything is Heimdalr or Alfablot with Enslaved my guy! And I consider myself as a top Enslaved fan! Music has to change neither some liked it or not
