Thanks for clarifying the microship issue. I hadn't understood very well if the feeder would work if my cats didn't have a microship. Here in Mexico isn't mandatory and as they are indoor cats, even when I thought about it, I haven't had that talk with their vets, but I will. Thanks again.

I can see my clever chunky cat waiting until my slimmer cat’s food bowl opens and then running to finish the food as he walks away. How fast does it shut again? 😂🤷♂️
the emergency close feature does not work. This allows my heavier cat to push away the microchipped cat and finish his food. Any thoughts on how to fix this bug?

Waaa I just bought this … my maincoon baby was just microed and my fat cat is also microchiped. So I was really excited. However, I let her eat first no problem. Very happy. Walks away and my fat cat was eating happily away. Upon further checking and testing he gets in no problem. Help.

Hello! I’m leaving this comment hoping someone can help me… I have this bowl for my girl cat who gets her food stolen by my boy cat. My BOY cat has stopped caring if the lid closes on him and he has started, again, stealing her food. I’m afraid he’s going to damage the bowl AND it’s useless if it doesn’t actually keep him from eating her food. Anyone experience this?!
My cat is funny he only eats dry food this lol If I put his wet food in it he uses his paws and scoops it out and licks his paw lol
