I always think it's funny when UA-camrs are surprised that people finish their videos. I literally always finish videos by my regular UA-camrs.
PLEASE!! use distilled water or boiled tap water for the sinus rinse. My husband got a terrible sinus infection from using well water doing that. He had to have surgery to clear it up.
Yes and let's not forget those poor people in Louisiana several years back that died from using tap water that wasn't boiled in their sinus rinses. The bacteria ate...their brain. 😳

It means a lot that you are open about pregnancy struggles too. My son is about Gigi's age, and my pregnancy was AWFUL (in and out of the hospital, preeclampsia, was touch and go for a while, he was premature, had postpartum as well, but we are all good now). I think it's so important to be real about parenthood; it's REAL, not all rainbows and unicorns, but if course it's rewarding as well. I would love to see you do a reflection video of one of your older videos when you talked about your pregnancy and reflect on how you felt then and how you feel now. Thank you for being you☺️

I completely understand why you waited on sharing your pregnancy. I went through two miscarriages 17 years ago, but as soon as I found out I was pregnant with my oldest daughter I shared immediately. I just knew I would be able to keep the pregnancy. I did the same with her sister as well.
Nasal rinses are life. They’re the only way I don’t have multiple sinus infections every winter. Apparently they’re super common in new mums!

5 kids 8 and under and I have severe chronic pain. My mantra is “it always seems impossible until it’s done.” It’s so true and you will get it done and be on the other side of it with a new tiny soon! 💗
Please make sure you use distilled water in the nasal rinse!!! There can be amoebas that live in other filtered waters and can get into your sinus cavity. I used to use a Neti pot about 10 years ago when someone died from the amoebas and then people kinda stopped doing nasal rinses. Now they're becoming more popular and I've been seeing a lot of people using them, just please make sure it's distilled water. The odds are so low but it's not worth the risk. I'm also not trying to assume that you're not using distilled water but since it wasn't explicitly said I wanna make sure you know 💜

I agree with comments saying we do feel like your “friends” too. When I am referencing a video of yours I sometimes call you my friend out of conversational habit and correct it to “a UA-camr I follow”. We have a 2yo girl and you’re in my prayers for women I know who are expecting and ones who are TTC. Love sharing the journey. We also can’t get through winter without saline nasal rinse either! Hope the camping is/was a blast!
Been super sick all night, and this video was up next. I've already seen it, and thought I'd find something else. Remember not everything has to be done before baby arrives! The first weeks at home can be so overwhelming that it can be nice to have little projects to give yourself a second purpose other than newborn schedule. And not sure how close your sisters live but one of my gifts to my sisters and SIL is to help organize all the baby closets, dressers etc. Its my favorite and they have all asked me to do it again on their 2nd, 3rd etc babies.

For those who want the Doona car seat/ stroller but can’t get it because of price the Chicco car seat and Caddy car seat stroller frame is really a good substitute. The caddy isn’t as large as a stroller (since it’s only meant for the car seat and just clicks in) and it’s only 11 lbs. I use it for doctor visits and quick trips all the time!
Also, I’ve used it for all 3 of my kids and it has held up really well!

I had a space between pregnancies #3 & #4. I was working in a corporate office with #4 so spent a fortune in maternity clothing. When he was 2 months, we had pregnancy #5, which we planned, but we didn't plan twins. With that surprise, I left my job so needed all new maternity clothes since I wasn't going to wear business suits at home. I bought a lot of casual stuff, then because they were twins, unexpectedly my belly outgrew it all by 6 months so needed a 3rd maternity purchasing spree in a year. I had lots of maternity hand-me-downs to give to friends.
On top of sinus sprays, to help with sinus pressure and drainage while I'm in a hot bath I'll massage my nose area, neck, and chest. I'll cough along the way and actually feel the drainage and clear up, kind of gross however so relieving!

I love the L’Oréal foundation with a brush first and then use a sponge. I find I get the coverage I want then the sponge blends it in for a smoother appearance.
That Doona was the best purchase we made. Our second daughter is now using it. It lasted us about a year before our first outgrew ir. It is so handy. I would recommend getting the sun shade and storage bag for it. They sell off brand ones if you don’t want to spend as much. You have to remove the storage bag prior to collapsing the stroller, but it’s super easy.
I’ve been watching you since you and Tyler were only dating. It’s been so fun to watch your life journey from then to now. Second baby, personal growth and the beautiful life you both have built.
The neti pot/nasal rinse is an essential for me. In over 15 years I have only had one sinus infection because of this! I had an allergy situation once after gardening and went inside to use this and you would not believe the dirt coming out! A true lifesaver product. I know you have to do exact or water actually gets up in your head/brain, but do it correctly and do it often!
I think it’s so great that you are comfortable sharing your life with all of us. I found you before you had your first, like you were still in your apartment.

I had my daughter in 2016 and my son in 2018. And my cousin had her baby in 2020. The upgrades and differences in what gadgets and gizmos, even in that short amount of time, is mindblowing. I love the zip up zip down jammies and there were so few for my kids, but I was able to find so many for my cousin. They were a game changer for sure.

That Celine solution that you once recommended - I picked up and it is a lifesaver for me. Especially in seasonal allergy season and winter, when my nose gets super dry. But I also tried the one that you mentioned in this video a while back and that stuff actually really works. It’s pretty nasty and uncomfortable to use at first but it is really affective. Thank you for talking about day-to-day stuff like this it’s actually very helpful. Love your videos.

I’m also due in April (first pregnancy) and I totally understand you, I only told my parents I was expecting and I didn’t wanna tell nobody else because I know the first trimester can be a little risky and I definitely felt guilty not telling the rest of my family, but the secret is finally out! I tried the loreal serum foundation on my oily skin and let me tell you, i love it!!! I have been using it every day for a month! It has become my favorite “foundation” of all time! But the skin prep before hand is definitely important before using this product! But, to me, it has been life changing!!!!

If you’re wanting a good pair of jeans that you can wear during pregnancy AND after I highly recommend looking into the brand Democracy! I wear a size 6 normally and I am 23 weeks pregnant with twins and I can still wear them! They have a button and zipper but the front is stretchy at the same time lol they’re amazing!!!

The Neil Med sinus rinses have literally prevented me from countless sinus infections, I’m not kidding. I used to do them twice a day, but I only need to do a rinse once a day. They are so effective, if you can get past the weird water-up-the-nose feeling. 😁

I agree! The L’Oréal serum foundation accentuates dry areas on my face but I live in a dry climate with dry skin so not the best combination for this foundation.

I love the Smashbox oil and shine control primer with my oily skin. It is the only primer I use in the summer.
