      I tend to film & capture in UHD (3840 x 2160) and then export locally at that same resolution in MP4/h.264… then upload Shorts via desktop, which allows for a little more bandwidth than it does on mobile.
      The trick to capturing at higher resolution is making sure the monitor your capturing from is a 4K monitor using a good screen capture software (I use Bandicam)

      No, not really. Not sure why you'd be cropping anything smaller than the field of vision in the preview...? But, in that instance, add another track below your main footage in the Edit Page and layer in a background there to fill the exposed areas.
      They aren't really black, they're transparent. They just show as black in the preview and render as black unless you assign them as alpha channels.

    • @Daniel_Batal
      @Daniel_Batal  4 місяці тому +1

      Just so I understand, you mean if you had 100 different length video clips and you wanted to put them all in your timeline to each be 12 seconds long in one track?
      Add them all to a single track. Group select them, right click and choose “change clip duration”. Set the duration to 12 seconds and they’ll all change.
      Now, there will most likely be gaps between them so go up to the Edit tab in the upper left, scroll down and choose “delete gaps”.
      You’ll now have all 100 clips at 12 seconds in a single track back to back
