I hope you liked my Kineon Move+ Pro Review! The Move+ Pro is a strapped red light therapy for joints device containing lasers and LEDs. The Move+ has been made to emit light directly into the synovial joints, thereby gaining deeper penetration, partially due to red light therapy pulsing, which emits 660nm and 805nm light. Also, if you want to buy a Move+ Pro from Kineon, use discount code AFERGUS10 for 10% off and the following link: aferg.co/kineon - upcoming products will be added soon to the Kineon offerings.

FYI your code is not working anymore
For me, when I turn 1 on, they all turn on! They have directions to resync them. BTW, I have a full-body red light panel and this works so much better for bad knees!
Yup you are right. Mine were out of sync! Curious, what full body panel do you have?
Great review and interview with the founder. I just ordered one because of your content. My target tissues are around my ankles following Achilles repair surgery. I have had great success with cold lasers in the past.
Hey thanks for the comment and support. All the best with your rehab!
I own this unit. The lights ARE synchronized - one button turns them all on or off. BUT they can get out- of- sync if you use them individually. If you look on the web instruction manual, there is a procedure to re-synchronize them. I am using the Move on my knee, I also like it but the strap could be improved.
Ahhh got it! I'll resync mine. Thanks for this.
Yeah the strap needs some work.
Agree - the strap could be improved....
Oh please keep doing these vids!
That is the goal :)
Nice review mate
Thanks 👍
Thank you for this and your other red light therapy videos. I just ordered one, hoping against hope, it will facilitate healing of a very stubborn knee meniscus tear and avoid surgery. My hopes are not high but maybe it will at least help reduce associated referral pain.
Let me know how you get on with it :)
I bought the biomax450 with your code! Thanks! This Kineon looks good to be used on my dog’s joints.
I use it on my 10.5yr old arthritic labrador! I use the individual modules and use elastic bands to secure them to her paws and elbows!
Nice review Alex. I ordered it after watching your interview with Forrest and should be getting mine in the next couple days. Looking forward to trying it on an injured shoulder.
I am using it on my shoulder and have had good results.
Cool! I hope you find it beneficial. I'm not sure if you have seen this, but my latest video with the Kineon Co-Founder just went live ua-cam.com/video/0rj7jORnvY8/v-deo.html
Same. Got mine and using it twice a say on my shoulders..hopefully after a month I can feel some solid progress
Glad to hear as been using it on my shoulders for a week now and will maintain consistency. Hopefully get some great results
@@eliteboxfitness how have the results been?
Interesting about the 8:10 wavelength, since this is heavily researched for brain applications. I suppose one could use the strap to keep the unit against various areas of the head.
Yeah but be careful doing that. I have an interview with Dr Randy Beck that will be up in a few days - and he warns about the risking of doing exactly this.
its a good device. they redone an intelligent job. its helping my shoulder a little bit. labral tear and tendinopathy. 15mins x2 a day. will reduce to once a day , thanks for the reviewanddiscount code
=D
How do you use it on the hip, I have same issues Acetabulum labrum tear, plus tendinosis, partial tendon min max tear, considering to buy it, but wandering if I can apply it on my problematic areas ?
I don't use it on my hip but the wavelength they use. should be able to help you and you can position it where you need to.the thing about photobiomodulation is it works for almost everything just needs consistency for months @@Lagousk82
Thanks Alex I love all of your reviews Have you ever done a review on the prism pod.. That's a lot cheaper than the Thor it's also a bed and it's easier for home use I would love to hear about that So far this review has been top-notch Thank you for all you do God bless and thank you 👍🌹🌟
No I haven't sorry. I'll check it out though, thanks for the recommendation!
Can you do a review on Block Blue Light products? They have red light therapy panels as well as glasses to use for daytime or nighttime.
Thanks for creating this type of content 🙏
No worries. Working on getting a panel to review. Be sure to subscribe and stay tuned :)
Awesome, done! Can’t wait to see future videos
Interesting, I'd say being a Lazer device it would have to pulse so it didn't cause damage, you don't have to do that with LEDs so no idea why panels now have pulsing? Nifty little device, I've gota Flex Beam recently as my first Red light device, seems to work pretty well but for those with knee or joint issues maybe the more targeted lazers would be better? I remember the leading doctor researching all this saying depth and targeting doest really matter as systemic effects spread out from even surface red light near IR exposure.
I'm not sure if all Lasers have to be pulsed. Yes there is evidence that the systemic benefits are quite powerful, but then we also see data showing that targeted treatment on a problematic area helps heal that area quite fast. If I had a sore knee I would definitely be treating the knee and not my back for instance :P
Got my kineon yesterday and used your code, yay! Still have to see if this helps. 😅 unsure why 1 would turn off automatically while other 2 remains on….
Make sure they're all synced up together. They should turn off at the same time. Thanks for your support as well!
Hi Alex could you review the PainGo pad please, and do a comparison. Or ideally, do a video on the best possible product for elbow arthritis? Much appreciated.
Oh yes I'll try get one to review. The Iron Forge by Chroma may be the best for elbow arthritis - ua-cam.com/video/kSRwS7tujM0/v-deo.html my review will be out soon.
Interesting. Are there really any proven benefits of pulsing? If so, it would be good to know more.
Hey, check this out - ua-cam.com/video/DVBOHQbq3OU/v-deo.html
Man, I need this for my back (old herniated disc L4/L5) and for my right hand and forearm from coaching ice hockey. I found switching to barefoot shoes/boots fixed my plantar Faciitis and remnants of a broken ankle that felt like they were both never gonna resolve itself. I've spent a ton of money on acupuncture and ART for my hand and near my elbow. Getting old sucks!
Aging is tough! Glad you were able to find some relief, though.
Be aware the batteries are not replaceable, kineon says they should hold 60% of charge for over 3 years, I won't add more stuff to the landfills, disappointing
Hey. Oh interesting. I hadn't thought about this.
Hi Alex! I believe you'd mentioned you'd do another video on the Kineon Move+ after you'd used it for a while - just a nudge that there are very eager ears out here for that!! 😉🦻 Thanks for this channel & all your research!!!
Hey, oh yes. Gosh I have a lot of content to film! I find it's great for travel and throwing int he gym bag. And if my knee feels a bit off I use it after a gym session as well. But I still prefer the panels for my day to day RLT hit.
What would you recommend for soft tissue injury (small muscle tear in the shoulder) Do you think this would be the best device for that or get a stronger mid sized panel. Look forward to hearing your thoughts thanks 👍🏻
It depends on the size of the injury. If it is small, then yeah the Kineon will be fine. Check this out - ua-cam.com/video/PILeYcwMnfQ/v-deo.html
Hi. I have a full body panel for overall health. However I was looking for a more targeted device, specifically for lower back and knee pain and also an Achilles issue. I was all set to buy the Kineon move+pro after I saw your review. But I've now watched your review on the chroma Ironforge. Would this be a much better option than the kineon for specific target areas, taking into consideration it's clunkier and double the cost. I just wonder which you'd reccomended. Thanks
Hey, yeah good question. Size is a big differing factor here. If you want something small, discrete, silent and of course battery powered - then the Kineon is going to be the best option. But the Chroma's power is insane so you will get better penetration with that. Have a think about how you would like to use these devices. I mean if you have the panel, maybe the Kineon device will allow more real world use cases as you may see a lot of overlap between the chroma and the panel that you have.
Thanks for the reply. One last question. If you take portability and cost out of the equation and base your choice only on effectiveness and performance which device would perform best for hitting specific target areas. If there's not much between them and it's a toss of a coin situation then ideally I'd go for the Kineon. However if the Chroma totally out performs the Kineon then I'd definitely go with that. Any further advice is much appreciated. Thanks
Hey Alex,
Any information the best device for uveitis (inflammation of the eye)?
Hey, sorry I'm not sure on this one, and I checked the research and couldn't find anything on that term. But you may want to have a look at this product and also reach out to the team who sell it - www.eye-power.co.uk/ - they have a lot of experience with RLT and the eye.
I've got bone spurs, a loose piece of bone, arthritis, diminished joint spacing in my big toe joints. Do you think this is worth a shot?
Is there another device to look at?
I would give it a shot yes. You could also look at this ua-cam.com/video/3PamzmX8c74/v-deo.html
Hey Alex, I got mine this afternoon, and it does have bluetooth. If I turn on any one of the three modules, the other two turn on simultaneously. I don't know if that is something new they implemented since you got yours, or if there is a setting to turn it on. I also tested with my RF meter and it is definitely putting out a bluetooth signal, which I have mixed feelings about.
Ahhh yes the team from Kineon have clarifed that yes it does have this feature. Maybe mine are out of sync - I need to figure out how to get it back into sync as it would make the operation so much nicer.
I'm not keen on Bluetooth either... If this is the case it would be good if they stated this on their site
What's the disadvantage of the Bluetooth?
If you are trying to avoid EMF ideally you don't want bluetooth. However, one thing I discovered with the Kineon Move is that the bluetooth turns off when you put them in the charging case, I wish they would allow you to use the units when they are in the case@@eliteboxfitness
Hi Alex. I have the opportunity to buy the used flexbeam at a really good price. I'll be using mostly for my lower back, but also my shoulder and knee. Does it really work, and is it worth $375 Canadian?
Will the flexbeam penetrate the skin in order to treat muscle, joints and ligaments? Should I save my money and buy the kineon?
Hey that does sound like a good price and the Flexbeam is super popular. I just haven't tested it so I don't know how well it performs.
Any thoughts how this would help lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) recovery? Really need something to assist in progressing forward. Hoping this is the ticket to success/controllable pain. Thanks.
I think it would help. Check out my Facebook page, where you can ask the members there what they think.ua-cam.com/video/kGlZpG6MD3U/v-deo.htmlsi=pf7a978H4SZ7ZrF2
Lasers??… what’s the benefit of lasers? And for knee problems would the biomax Leo be able to do the same job ?
Oh lasers are just cool right :P lasers deliver a more precise wavelength compared to LEDs. So you're getting more energy at a particular wavelength.
One of the main reasons why the Kineon Move+ is so popular is because of the portability/convenience factor. You're getting that light delivered right into the joint from 3 sides, the light is right on the skin (no loss of reflection etc) AND you can move around with it. I'll do a video on this
Red light therapy started with lasers. It was called low-level laser therapy.
Lasers are the best.
LEDs are cheaper option.
I doubt we can afford a body panel made with lasers. One would have to sell their house.
I saw a similar device advertised somewhere-out of Norway, I believe-but the actual components were larger, so you could target the lower back, herniated discs, shoulder, etc. Are you familiar with the device I am talking about? It also has lasers.
What is the Company name ?
I live in Croatia.
Will I have to pay additional custom fees?
Maybe, flick them an email to check.
Can you use this on a titanium knee replacement?
Hey, I would check with your doctor and also with Kineon. I think it will be fine though.
Where is the interview with founder? Anyone use this for regenerating nerve tissue on sever carpal tunnel damage?
Here it is:ua-cam.com/video/Der5Fg3xJyU/v-deo.htmlsi=LmZHHhlrkzRmxRrZ
Are there any peer reviewed studies on this therapy specifically to joint health?
Have you searched on Pubmed? If you do, generally, photobiomodulation or LLLT, as opposed to RLT, should be used in your search.pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=photobiomodulation+force+joint+health&page=1
How does this compare with Flexbeam?
Hey good question. I'm yet to try the Flexbeam sorry. Maybe ask in our FB group - as I'm sure some people in there have the Flexbeam - facebook.com/groups/lighttherapyinsiders/
I bought a Kineon Move+. After using for less than 2 weeks, one of the three modules seems to have died. Had the same problem with the FlexBeam after 6 weeks. Has anyone found a quality red light therapy device that is durable enough to function a year without having problems?
Have you contacted Kineon? This is not typical of their product. If you are interested, join my Facebook group. Many members can offer suggestions and speak about their experiences.facebook.com/groups/500073950150828/
Are you aware that the lifespan of the Keneon move+ pro is only three years? Seems pretty expensive for only three years of use, you should add that in the information in your review.
Thanks for the info. Maybe it heals you in 3 years, so you just dump it.
Where did you get your information?????
Will a panel help with joint pain?
Yes!
How does it hold up for ACL?
Should be great.
Can you use it one your lower back?
You could yes, but you would need their torso belt strap to apply it to the back.
Any studies on osteoarthritis?
Here we go - www.lighttherapyinsiders.com/red-light-therapy-arthritis/
Does kineon have FDA approval.
I can't see anything on their site about the FDA - but you may want to check with them.
The Kineon website has a "FDA cleared" emblem on the product page. So that's good! How are cleared and approved different? FDA Approved is a higher standard, because the safety and effectiveness of the specific product has been tested. FDA Cleared is a lower standard, and in many cases the product is cleared because it is similar to an existing product, rather than that it has passed rigorous independent safety trials. That's not a negative - it just means it has not been through the lengthy process of approval, which is likely expensive and time intensive.
I’d love to hear reviews by people with neck pain specifically.
If you don't get a response, consider joining my Facebook page. Many members are willing to share their personal experiences with products:facebook.com/groups/500073950150828/
The strap came out of the male clip when used. Forrest didn't respond to my complaint.
have you reached out to their customer support team?
It will not fit around my shoulder.
Have you contacted the company to see if they have suggestions?
Used the MOVE+ Pro on my Tennis Elbow for 3 months. Multiple times a day, every day and seen zero improvement from using it. Overpriced placebo device.
Geez, I'm sorry to hear this. So many have had such positive results with inflammation and pain. Has it helped with the pain at all?
I used to be a professional tennis player, then taught for years after touring. Tennis elbow will not go away if you let the ball get too close and you and hit late. Why do professional players never get tennis elbow?? Because they hit early. Arm is straight or almost straight on contact well in front of the body.
