yay I learned a new word (hoogi). I want to check out the StoryLearning course. I am no longer a beginner after several years but I've been so curious about Story Learning. The Red Velvet concert sounds like so much fun.
I'm not sure how far along you are in your studies, but I think even an upper beginner could learn from their beginner course (intermediate course coming soon). The stories aren't as easy as you would expect haha They are extremely situation-based, so it you aren't being "babied," for lack of a better word, into Korean

I would like to know if all lightsticks sync up at concerts like the army bomb does?
I know TXT and SKZ and Seventeen and Ateez light sticks do
It depends on when the light stick was made so for older groups there are first gen or second gen light sticks probably don’t have Bluetooth features. Most of the light sticks that are being released these days have the Bluetooth feature however, BTS’ is the only one I know of that has an app and requires you to manually sync it with the concert. My Red Velvet and Twice light sticks automatically sync to the concert without me doing anything.

Thank for your interest, but I do not 😓😓 I can recommend a few tour agencies in Seoul though if you'd like~
I found many listing for small tours in S. Korea. I totally recommend one as it saved me a lot of time and money when visiting. The private tour we went on was sponsored by the national ginseng company so it was super cheap and our guide was especially knowledgeable.
