I've been watching a lot of your guides this last week and they are super helpful i installed Godot maybe a few days ago and already have a a few tile maps menus and moving animated characters you should maybe think about making a discord for people to join post questions and collaborate with each other could be pretty helpful especially to people like me who have never made a game before

Hey devworm, i started godoting 3 months ago and a I actually was able to make a 3d game with enemies, interactionns, mining rocks and chopping trees and manage inventories.
I was also able to place buildings. Which i believe was lacking a tutorial.
Im still not figuring out how to build a building system likewise rust / ark / palworld for structures (walls, foundations and ceiling) that perfectly snaps.
Maybe just a small idea for a next tutorial which i believe many people are looking for and not clear on yt!
Anyway keep up the good job, i will continue watch my favorite godot youtubers and keep on the work in my free time. I do enjoy godot a lot.
I never used any other gaming development tool so i cannot compare. But coming from an IT background, i rly believe godot simplicity, capabilities and logic is awesome!

aw man brother!! that sounds amazing!! so happy to hear that! I'll look into it.. it'll be complex of course but Ill work on a prototype for 1 placeable so that in the following video I can create the snapping structure like we see in those games... It may be in around about a month from now!! so sorry about the little wait! but then again I think it'll be exactly the system you are looking for!!

Heu devworm! Thanks to your tutorials and another godot youtuber i was able to implement and learn all basics i required for godot! I am close to complete my first game! I have all the mechanics and a clean structure i believe. I now need to still implement a leveling / unlocking logic!
Keep up the good work! I hope to be able to share you a quick video or anything else of my first game and playable version in 2 months or 3 months!

Loving your videos! I’m new to game development, but have had a dream game in my mind for years, so learning from you and many others has really helped start the process of making that game a reality :)
There is a UA-camr that goes by the name aarthificial, who created a video called animation reimagined, which takes concepts from 3D animation and makes them work with pixel art, namely using color lookup tables to color a silhouette. It’s hard for me to explain, and his video seemed more like a general concept rather than a how to.
My dream game requires a bit of customization, and this concept of his would make the process of animating pretty much everything so much faster and less cumbersome but I have no clue how to do it, and figured if anyone did it would be you.
No pressure at all, just figured I’d ask!

How long is the worm? I usually see 6 pixels, but I'm thinking that's too short to be a worm, more like a tadpole.

I use Godot as well but im having an issue with this problem:
I have my character saved on another scene but when I attempt to add him to my game scene the size automatically shrinks and no matter how big I make him the game makes him the exact same small size when I run it, it may be the formatting which I will add down bellow.
    1.Node2d
    1.1RigidBody2d
    1.1.1AnimatedSprite2D
    1.1.2 CollisionShape2D
