That has been my experience too with Whey type shakes, I would feel like I'm starving 15mins after having one. Which just plain annoyed me 😅 I think Micellar Casein protein shakes are the answer, check it out an see what you think. They are filling like a smoll meal, an keep the hunger away nicely. It has become my #1 go to protein shake type after trying it out.
FYI you don't need Podzol to grow Mushrooms, you only need a ceiling to block just enough light to plant the mushrooms. Podzol and Mycelium don't need a ceiling to prevent light to plant mushrooms.

I feel like the blocks in the back of grians mushroom farm just pop up not get pushed forward. Might be worth it to collect every 5 minutes. Bet you lost half

Why does everyone think streamers want to hear their problems. It puts them in a weird place where they have to pretend to care and honestly they DONT.

Play Deep Rock Galactic. It is easy to learn and really fun with friends for a long time but in like 30 min - 1hr per dig/session.
So glad i ordered a youtooz, i missed the desk mats but very happy i got some sort of memoribelia for DO2 and Tango! Love the little guy on my desk!

No, that’s a keyboard shortcut (which started on smartphones) to type a period and single space. And totally not related to autocapitalization.
In old school, typing on typewriters two spaces is mandatory after a period.
