How can I import procreate PNG files into mental canvas so that I don't extra have to draw in canvas? every time I import PNG files into procreate, the PNG is displayed in canvas in jpg format, why? Bdw in Rectangle format. Thx
Unfortunately, there is an Apple bug in the latest iOS release 15.1 that causes image import to lose transparency. We've added more detail in the description of the "Layers in Mental Canvas" video (ua-cam.com/video/V1ZK1sIQlD4/v-deo.html) and will update when there is a fix.
Uhm I have a question... Why is the Microsoft Windows version like waaaaaaaay worse? It doesn't even have an erase tool. Pls answer this question cause I haven't been able to find anything about it. It would be much appreciated if u guys atleast add an erase tool. Other than that I think I'll be fine. But just saying, the iOS version seems better and I'm in no position to just buy an iPad.
The Windows version does not lack any features in comparison to iOS and there is an eraser: typically with Windows pens, the eraser is on the opposite side of the stylus (like a pencil) or it’s a button on the side of the pen. If your pen does not have an eraser you can use the “E” key to toggle between drawing & erasing. You can always email us at support@mentalcanvas.com if you have questions.
Does it support every tablet?
My computer isnt touch screen, can I use the mouse to rotate the canvas?
