Just picked up (after watching this video, thanks) a second hand 2022 version (design looks closer to the Stinson 2 in video) and it's super comfortable. It weighs 15kg with kickstand installed. The size should be medium - no label but I measured the seat tube length. Official sizing guide says it's for 165-173cm but it fits a 160cm person very well, still with some room for further lowering down.Seat top to ground can be as low as 78cm.
Any way to get the gum sidewalled tires from the green bike put on the white/silver bike? And whats the fattest tire that would fit on this stinson 1? thanks
Both are great bikes but for daily commuting I would go for the Kentfield it is much more efficient but still a very comfortable ride. If comfort is your main goal the Stinson is King just not as efficient. Hope this helps
The larkspur is a cool bike! It has potential to be a great commuter but once again it's more of a relaxed fitting bike and it really depends on how far your commute is what types of roads you're going to ride on in your overall physical condition and comfort requirements. I personally would love to commute on a larkspur for my 7 Mile route down the beach and through the rougher city streets of Biloxi
