I got the 2023 premium and man it's comfy as!and got the power for fast riding ,great handling 👍👍👍
Prefer this over the tmax. Cheaper, faster, and just as high quality.
Hello i want to bye one this week not the premium but i hear a lot off problems they have and i want to ask if in modell 2022 have fixed all this. How about yours did they have any issues. Thnks a lot
What's your opinion on this scooter for a rider over 6' tall (6'4")? Looks as if the foot position puts knees too high. Stay safe
I think it’s always going to be a compromise for a 6’4” rider. I’d visit a dealer sit on one to see how you feel really. Sticky who works with us is around 6’2” and I can’t remember him complaining about the AK or TMAX.
I wonder if they sorted the dodgy fuel gauge and lessened the key fob range
Hopefully
Got one and here’s my thoughts
Good:
Fast (but not off the line)
Suspension is proper motorcycle standard and very good
Not too bad on fuel
Well built (far better than Honda Forza which go rotten after one year)
Comfortable
Sounds great
Fantastic brakes
Bad:
Heavy to wheel about
Forever turning hazard lights on (really poor design and situated on the starter switch right next to throttle)
Heated grips are garbage
Not brilliant wind protection
No outside temp gauge
Fuel gauge tells you there is half a tank then 1 mile later, it’s flashing red!
Have to put steering lock on to open seat
No locking cubby holes
Probably the second best super scoot after the T-Max which probably has none of the AK bad points
I agree on some points, especially the fuel gauge.
Agreed except for 2 points. The steering does not need to be locked to open the trunk. Put the key at 1 o’clock and press the button. The fuel level is stupid indeed but in reality you have to red light indicators. When the “e” starts flashing is when indeed you’re getting low. Give both a try.
@@thebulgarianguy8461 Thanks for that. Every day is a school day!. I would never have worked out the seat thing so thank you for that. Don’t suppose you know if there is an outside temperature gauge hiding anywhere? Thats another constant niggle
@@kevinperree7764 you’re welcome. Unfortunately there isn’t an outside temp indicator. If your phone is linked with the useless Noodoe, the temp will be shown but who knows how accurate it is. It blows my mind that they skipped an independent indicator.
Moto Guzzi still doesn't put a proper fuel guage on any of their bikes. Wtf?
Stick an Akropovic on and it's going to sound awesome???? It's got a perfectly good exhaust on it already so why waste £500 on an add on that does nothing for its performance or looks.
Because riding a scooter is all about personal choice and customisation. Lots of people like to add aftermarket parts, lots don’t. It’s up to the individual.
