For almost all "around town" and even highway motoring, I leave mine in "rain" mode. Far more than enough performance and superior smoothness for general lower speed operations, whilst saving a bit on both systems wear and fuel consumption. In Australia most of our highways are limited to 100, or 110km/h, and the 34 hp (25kW) available in rain mode is quite capable of reaching (and maintaining) such speeds. Nice to see you ALWAYS wear gloves. Something many Aussies don't (along with ridiculously inadequate protective clothing most times!)
The sound in real life is a lot better! I was amazed by the clutch control at very low speed! Also amazed by how stable it is at high speed and how easy i got used to it!!! It will be faster Saturday!

I know :)) was contemplating whether to cut that bit out but I decided to take the heat and the negative coments and maybe some one will learn not to do what I did and also I'll remember to calm down when I'm in such a situation 🙂
Pentru oras orice scuter de la 125cc in sus e imbatabil si de neegalat de orice alt mijloc de transport. Ai confort, ai zgomot (fata de electrice) ce te face sa simti ca traiesti, ca esti viu, legat acolo cu scuterul cumva :). Timp si drumuri frumoase sa aveti pentru ele!
I'm trying to decide between a Transalp and a Burgman 400 scooter. I know you love scooters and the Transalp! Which do you think would be more fun on my commute? I do half an hour filtering in city traffic and half an hour on a windy/hilly freeway! Great content, thanks!

I put 15,000 mi on my 200cc and I finally just got a 400 and it feels like a land yacht. I could throw the little one around traffic all day. Have you tried any of the BMW electrics?
Daca ar fi sa compari maxsym tl cu asta, care iti place mai mult? Sunt in cautarea unui maxi scooter si sincer nu le pot testa, review-urile si opiniile celor ce au incercat mai mukte modele, fiind singurul mod de a ma ajuta sa iau o decizie. Ms !!
TL este la fel pe curbe, manevrabilitate și dinamica, mai slab la accelerație și mai puține dotări în materie de jucării, dar un preț considerabil mai mic. În piață nu vad ca și când ar fi competitori ci produse complementare. Dacă ai acei extra 2200 de euro se merita AK-ul dacă nu ii ai te vei distra și cu TL-ul. Depinde de tine cat ești dispus sa plătești.
@@RideWithAlex multumesc mult pt raspuns. Sincer, pana voi lua o decizie (max 2 luni) sper sa mai vad ceva scutere de peste 500cc pe canalul tau. Bafta si nice review !!

For the commute the Burgman for sure. The Transalp is an awesome bike but you will get tired of it quickly through the city.

The KRV 180/200 will be better option on smaller cc, I'm using it here in Philippines where traffic is tighter than that, with the comfort of ak550.
