I feel this deeply, the realisation, the depression, the 'doing nothing' life. Though I can't say I've experienced this chain of events but it's that sensation that things are just happening in your life and you're not an active participant... And then I realised that all the choices I made, all my decisions and actions, they led me just where I was and if I didn't like the results...Well, I was responsible for it and that was also my responsability to change it. It was hard. Especially overcoming the shame. I appreciate you being so candid about your experience. Might be the push I need to finally start posting videos ago and get back in touch with the things I actually like...
