Next time try adding kajmak instead of sour cream, also you can try having homemade crust, you can find authentic recipes by typing domaća gibanica recepti. It will change the taste significantly and i promise you won't be disappointed whit these few little changes. The taste will make you speak fluently Serbian! P.S. looks delicious, you did a very good job!!!
Def see the Greek influence. Love Croatian food lol . Lamb kabobs, pomnes frites, with no sulfite homemade wine, calamari with black sauce & linguini. 🙂 fresh from the sea, roasted trout from the river...❤❤❤
Poland has to be pierogi, ruskie pierogi are the best. Cheese, potato and fried onion in a boiled dumpling served with soured cream and more fried onions on top 🤤🤤🤤 the main thing I miss since going vegan 😫 I am trying to veganise them tomorrow, I'll be using vegan cream cheese instead of the twaróg ( quark cheese ). I'll see how it goes. Love the idea of this though ❤
