Wish they would have redeemed Elizabeth's character instead of making her an ice hearted monarch at the end. She barely appeared throughout the show and when she did they always portrayed her with the fear of loosing her sons or having her husband and mother in law's hatred against her Yorks roots. Her fictional death was so sad and heartbreaking
I know from all accounts from the times they seem to have been a good match. at people are reacting to this as if it's the truth as if Elizabeth believed there was an actual curse that she needed to be afraid of. That part came from Philippa Gregory I've read all her books and love them.
It must've been something for king Henry to lay on his death bed and realize that every thing he did was for nothing. He never got the son he so yearned for. What kind of power could England have been if he stayed with Catherine cherished her, put her into the fold of ruling. Yes I understand Elizabeth was his true golden age heir. But my heart always yearns for Catherine....she suffered a terrible ending for nothing. And her daughter led an equally miserable life and an even shorter reign. Tragic.
I love you she says without expression or emotion. When they title this fine china I thought so what a good analogy she looks like a beautiful piece of fine China.
Yes in season 2 in one episode for a split second she actually moves and eyebrow instead of having a plastered expression constantly. I was really looking forward to this her acting was a big letdown.
Saludos
Looks like they took a beautiful woman to cast as a role without much acting ability. It was like someone with botox. It took two seasons before I saw an eyebrow move so expressionless. Was looking forward to watching this so much and so disappointed either in the casting or maybe how she was directed to portray the role simply boring. Putting her in armor where it was made of gold around her belly riding out in front of the army was crazy. What kind of sane woman would enhance her pregnant stomach to go to war against an enemy?
Gorgeous, I've always loved Catherine! A true Queen!
i agree! thank you so much :)

@Nadia Rahbar yeah, she died so but spent some days struggling for puerperal fever

Maybe that’s why we have to make sure neither Katherine or Marry are left as a one dimensional side note in history
He got a son so he probably was happy he got to marry Jane Seymour, as his son was alive when he died
In fact he was so happy he got to marry Jane Seymour he asked to be buried next to her
Can't get over how perfect this is - its a work of art
Thank you!❤
Catherine learn two sides of her in two Kingdom's .
Perfect! This song has always reminded me of her! 👸

Perhaps, this will help you. Queen Isabela, King Ferdinand, and Catherine of Aragon.

Wooooah is beautiful!
Why was everything green like grass or leaves blue?
it's because of the coloring :)
I did Nazi that watching the show and I just finished it for the second time.
Can you upload their scenes from 1x03? Couldn’t find the episode online
Starz has it and it's under $10 a month. Are you can try it with a free trial and then cancel it.

The kind of woman who protects england
She portrayed pain without much facial expressions and i think that means amazing acting
I disagree, she acted well.
