thank you for posting your mistake. you may have prevented me from making the same mistake. getting my first tractor delivered next week. you earned the like, comment, subcribe!
Thanks man! Yeah it can definitely be avoided, its amazing at the force you can create with these tractors. Im glad this could prevent someone else from making this mistake, congratulations on the new tractor!
That was a bummer Channon. I am pretty careful backing up using a rear mounted implement. I have heard horror stories of guys breaking the castings for the 3 point mounts. That gets super expensive.
@@Bamacountry88 I have the 1272, bent it more than once, straighten it out and it keeps right ongoing. Just make sure to keep your slip-clutch adjusted properly.

The best thing to do is to raise the mower up and slowly lower it after backing up on top of what you want to cut.
Thanks buddy!
Did the same thing myself a few days ago.. Same spot
Ouch! I backed up and hit a stump hidden in the grass and did the same thing. Had to cut a section out and weld a patch panel to replace the damage.
That might be what i have to do,thanks for watching!

Thank you sweetie!
YIKE$$$$$, Hate that kind of "Le$$on" 😬typically only happens once though🙏
That’s right!
The 12 series is light duty mower, rated for no more than 1 inch of cutting. Bend the body out and you should be good to go again.
10-4 thanks buddy!
