  • Greig's first bike, introduced to the knowledgeable way, build the bike yourself! Hope it inspires new riders and anyone wishing to take on a project to give it a go

    Hello, I am also restoring mine, but having trouble on choosing products. Can you provide a list of the products and paint you used?

    • @johndocbikerestorations831
      @johndocbikerestorations831  5 днів тому +1

      @sarmentinho Some parts from Dave Silver, others from sellers on eBay, the paint was from an auto supplier, 2k primer and base coat and 2k lacquer. I will do a video breaking down all parts and the costs

      @@johndocbikerestorations831 thank you so much! My main concerns are to pick the correct primers, paints and rust treatments to mine.
      Currently my restoration is halted due to baby taking all the time, but your video felt so good to watch, I enjoyed a lot! 😊

      @sarmentinho I hope you get progress with your project, you shoukd be fine if you stick to 2k primer and 2k solid black for the frame. Panels require plastic primer before painting, easily done. Good luck 👍
