Hi mate, I’m having error with downloading the ABA file. Have you done the tutorial vid on the ABA yet? Every time I try downloading the ABA file it says “The BSB and/or account number for the default bank account are invalid”. They are not invalid. This is also my first payment. Help me please!

Hi Adam,
Check the format is correct, also check all the tickboxes in the account under chart of accounts, sometimes you need the direct user id. You may also find it's referring to one of the employees bank accounnt details, Go into each employees section with banking details under Payroll and look for the error.
