    30:16 Respect to this guy, working out in his garage, putting in the work to get fit, and coming out to a seminar because he knows it's going to help him reach his goals. Props to everyone there for killing it; hopefully one day all of us will get to attend something as solid as this.

    I gotta say that the part he said about his mother and not knowing what it's like to have certain traumas or racial marginalizations is one of best things you'll ever see on one of these channels. It's what a lot of people, especially men, need to hear but we either undervalue empathy or we forget how imperfect we should allow ourselves to be. Much respect for that.

    I love the things Mark said about not judging those whose experience you don't understand, and that if you understood, you wouldn't judge them. I think that this is perhaps the most profound and important perspective in life.

    I'm trying to avoid knee surgery. I started watching Bens videos and doing the exercises to the best of my ability a week ago and I am already seeing and feeling improvement in both of my knees, ankles, hips+++Starting from zero at 58.. I have been depressed about my physical selfs future after getting a diagnosis of asteoarthritis about 3 years ago. I know this will get me back to my old self and get me back to my passion of racing off road motorcycles within the next 6-12 months. I am sharing this with everyone I know and who will listen Thanks Ben and the whole ATG team. You ARE the future of sports medicine. (Of course no medications involved) I will be a ATG coach once I progress enough to be worthy of teaching... Because I see that this will help everyone. I'm excited about life again........thank you for that ATG team......

    10:33 ➡️10:57 really moved my emotional gage , speaking about his mother and her challenges really touched me as well, My mother is currently sick in the hospital due to health complications 🙏🏾🎯 I lost my father to a Heart attack 2018, and lost my younger 2 brothers in 2019 from diabetic complications 🙏🏾, I had a Heart attack in 2021 since I've endured all those life traumas I've dedicated my life to living better, eating better, fitness and spiritual fitness is my foundation that everything is built on, Mark Bell motivation is key 🗝️ Knees over toes guy Ben has been monumental and educational thanks fellas for all the blut up close and personal content , keep em coming 2023 & Beyond , Stay Blessed 🙏🏾🎯🏆

    Shout out from Fort Collins, CO. This IS Amazing! Ive been doing ATG for about 3 months and my knees haven’t felt so good in probably 15 years. I was considering knee surgery after trying stem cells a few years ago. This is inspiring and the energy is real because it flat works. My legs are growing for the first time and i’ve moved a lot of weight. Tennis took a number on me and after knee surgery I hadn’t been the same until now! What we’re seeing here is excitement and hope, thank You Ben and Mark. If you ever come to CO i’ll be there, and of course Costa Rica if you go again.

    Where can we get one of those angled board things?

    • @monkeyb1820
      @monkeyb1820 Рік тому

      there are hundreds of slant board available online. I'm not sure which one is best. I've been looking into them too. I think one with a bit of extra width could be good. I also saw something where it was some black rubber-type wedges that stack on each other, thus enabling a slant board, as well as small wedges that are used for atg squats, so that may have more versatility.
