Notice the expanded hose to the fuel cooler from the raw water pump. Water pressure is too low as measured by the pressure sensor on the outlet of the heat exchanger. Likely pieces of old impeller sitting at the start of the heat exchanger.
Hi dave I have l.o.c error but my boat is dry docked without any access to water. Do i need water to run the generator to confirm there are no errors. You suggested pressure sea pump sensor i have checked and there is know water therefore the error has appeared? I dont have a HET exhaust sensor.

Very helpful. We have one of these (with under 10 hours) and the loss of coolant error code comes up regularly.
Check to see if your water pump pressure sensor is corroded. The sea-water pump can have low pressure due to a strainer and also trigger that code.

5:42 Looks like someone spray painted that area, see over-spray on the worm-drive hose clamp.
So what was the outcome ? Was it the waterpump or sensor?
Based on the hoses swelling, the impeller grenaded and debris is blocking heat exchanger flow
It's crazy that has a catalytic converter and oxygen sensor! Tier 4? Friend of mine has a big Cat diesel generator, gets fault codes often.
Once I got it sorted out, it was a quiet and extremely efficient but it was a monster to diagnose this unit.
Was it due to that drip in the pump assembly? I'm having this same issue.
Same issue. What was it???
how to fix problem volts L3-L1 low shutdown
Hard reset the unit. Works on Industrial kohlers
Wow...A crack...Not cool....
