I had Neapolitan Pizza in Naples for the first time 6 days ago and it was honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. It tasted like cafeteria pizza, then I went somewhere else and it was the same.

I personally like to fold it similar, but in half and not on top of each other. What that does is I can have a bite of pure pizza and eat a piece of the folded edge and won't end up with too much bread with no pizza with it.

That’s weird every Naples videos I’ve seen at restaurants they typically fold the middle back into the slice first and then fold the crust. I guess there is no wrong way.

@@vincenzosplate i dunno. The way the cheese fell off in a clump. Yea... im in the tri state. We don't do weak pizza round here. I got like 20 pizza joints in a stones throw and they get booted if they don't have great pizza. Its like the hunger games out here but for restaurants.
