      I bought salad fixings and I prepped some vegan green chili stew. I have for breakfast apple pie oats or cantaloupe and watermelon. I am trying to clean up meals. This will keep me a couple of days. Aiming for morning walks and total daily steps at least 10000. Journal and devotion / prayer. H2O 128 ounces

    I have been walking 6 months now. It’s definitely paying off..
    Weight isn’t coming off quickly but I’m still consistent and I have dropped 2 dress sizes
    Still going strong even if the scale doesn’t move
