Very cool video on Glendower Avenue which is only minutes away from where I live. @signjoey mentioned that there was a house where a murder had once taken place which I was not aware of and would like to know more about that. Anyways, thanks for producing this interesting video of how the better half lives high up in the hills of Los Feliz.
Yes, you are correct about the murder mansion, if you check out the videos description I mention a little bit about the house and have included a time stamp so you can skip directly to the part of the video that features the house. Beyond that there’s a podcast called ‘The Los Feliz Murder Mansion’ that goes into much more detail.
Not that long ago I visited the Murder House and I heard that the person who owns an enterprise that owns the house is facing foreclosure and could soon go up for auction. Who knows what will happen but I don’t think anyone would buy it due to it’s horrendous condition and history.

When I was in high school, (early 60's) we used to drive up there to the Frank Lloyd Writght house and try to see inside, but he only windows on the street were fake and only showed a little lighted alcove. I heard later that the UCLA studebts if archicecture were in charge of keeping it up. I don't know if it's still there or if anyone lives in it. It was pretty scary to a 16 yo kid. But now I think it was beautiful.

The LoBianco Manson murder house is in Los Feliz. Brie Larson also owns a home there. The Nanosocks girls has adorable little toesies.

With the amount of development in LA it’s probably a good bet whoever gets ahold of it tears it down and rebuilds from scratch.
