This is fantastic! Who could have known? It sure takes a lot of brushing to get all that rust off. I'm sure glad you have the right tools and know what you're doing. 300 years, oh, my. You are truly a fabulous craftsman and I'm so happy to see something you've brought back from our history. 👏❤😁
Parabéns a vc restaurador ! Invejo a sua profissão !😂
Actually it's both, he restored it enough to make it function again, but just stuck to getting rid of the rust to conserve it and prevent further decay.
I see no con within anything that keeps people happy, the environment stable and famalies thriving without dangers of old! Loving life and awesome work as usual! 2022 loving life
These are the real restoration videos that we should be seeing.. Because you see the rust, the deformity, the beating, and the mileage of the object being restored. Not to mention, the amount of care and effort to at least make the item usable and give it some life. Which shows a lot of the dents and bruises left behind on the object.
Fantastic restoration on this old rusty lock and key. Your talent blows my mind. Everything that you restore is perfect. Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to your next one. Stay safe.
It's amazing that items like this were made using primitive tools in the 16 and 1700s. And to be honest the locking mechanism seems pretty legit. If they had something similar to this now it might prevent some theft because it's not like a tumbler padlock that can be open with some clever tools. Maybe Master Lock should look at the late Renaissance early colonial era to revamp their locks. Great job of renewing this beautiful piece of History.
Possibly 300 years old just chilling in the woods. How freaking cool is that? You should find someone who can give you a possible history. I appreciate all the hard work to make it useful again.
Excellent ▪very clean and straight forward, smooth pans and transitions, simple and easy to follow along▪ no music☑ no crazy camera angels☑ no fancy editing☑no bells and whistles☑ no cutesy pop ups☑ no furry four legged animals awaiting its queue 10/10
Excellent work! You're lucky the lock was found together with the key. I restored a similar one lately but in my case, I had to desolder it and take it apart :)
Wow. 300 years old. You are the Mozart of restorations.
Not 300. 200 years.

Its allways interesting, what a locksmith, long time ago, was able to produce with his ancient tools. Now, you braught it back to live. Great work
Super, very interesting padlock 🎉 .
Waw......You outdid yourself today....thanks v much.

If I found something like that I would have binned it. And then there's you. Restore it beautifully, making it functional again. Well done to you ❣️🙏

Your percistance and effort are incredible!
Nice video.I wanted to see the parts inside this lock but maybe it was difficult to open because there was no option to open it
Well done. I'm surprised that mechanism still worked! Kudos!
This is a “conservation,” not a restoration. But you did a brilliant job!
Too far gone for a restoration. But it is amazing that it still works.

@@deniseboldea1624 Good point. 👍🏼

Astounding job sir. I would not have believed it had I not seen it with my own two eyes.
I am really impressed by the ways you create this video! It’s extremely exciting!
I like how you turn the lock to a candle for a bit.😅
Very cool.😊
Beautiful job
Thanks!
Nice restoration 🙂
Super excellent
Thanks for experience

Wow , it is amazing the engineering we had back then . We have gone backward in both style and function.
muy bueno desde bogota
Awesome job.
Amazing that you could get it to work given the extent of the rust.
Bravo!
Parabéns pelo seu talentoso trabalho

I enjoy your videos. You have great skills. Have you tried Evapo-Rust ?
