Complete respect on not showing us your baby. There are people unfortunately who take advantage of innocent moments, so completely understandable. Love you Allie! Xx
Totally understand not showing the baby on social media especially these days but not revealing the name is a little too much 😄
YES YES YES YES YES YES!!!! Let her just be your baby!!!!!
@@maryabdel-malik656 she doesn’t owe you anything, especially not a name. A name is almost as much of a persons essence as their face.
@@juanis8219 of course she does not owe me or you or anyone else anything I just stated an opinion So please respect it God bless and have a great weekend
When I had my first child 31 years ago (pre internet), the pediatrician recommended we not put balloons on the mailbox or an announcement in the paper. So I agree that you should protect your children’s privacy. Keeping them safe is job number one.
Being pregnant, giving birth, breastfeeding and caring for my babies were the happiest days of my life!! ❤ I wish the same for you!!❤😊
This resonated with me because it was the happiest moments in my life as well❤
I was a labor and delivery nurse for years… honestly , I felt it was the best job on the planet . It’s such an honor to be present for the magic that happens , of a family being born, to witness all of the magic.
When I finally had my own child after years of infertility, to see my daughter’s face… no words . I totally related to your tears and feelings.
so sweet of you mention us nurses and doctors! it’s so meaningful to hear moms share their appreciation for us! Love, a NICU nurse
As a nurse and a mom of two little boys, this video had me in tears! So so so sweet and amazing!
As a Momma of 2 (11 and 8), give yourself 6 months to truly adjust to baby. I felt like through all of the growth and changes early on, this was the point for me where I felt like things (routines, etc) fell more into place. Give yourself grace to be overwhelmed, make human mistakes and let go of any preconceptions of what motherhood would be like. It is an individual journey for each Mom❤️
This! I didn't truly feel like life started to fall into place until after that 6 months. Given, it helps. That is when my baby started actually sleeping.
@@MK-he1jz Yes, I think there are adjustments with every stage! When it's your first, it can make you question what is normal because there are so many milestones in the beginning, including changes in your own self. I think there's even a grieving period as you kind of say goodbye to life without a child. My husband and I tried for three years and I still had to adjust to life as a Mom and finding myself in all of it. I don't think that ever changes though because life itself continues to change.
Congrats sweetheart, so happy for you 😅❤
As a mom of 5, give yourself about 35 years, give or take a few, to adjust to your baby. 😉
Yea! 5/6 months and things will feel a little less chaotic!
Congratulations, Allie!! My little one is 16 months right now and she is a pure joy!! My advice is IGNORE everyone who talks about “sleep regressions”, “witching hour”, “leaps”, “terrible twos”.. no.
It honestly doesn’t have to be that way. I believe in the biblical principle that you have what you say and our words that we speak are powerful. My husband and i said no to all those terms that the world has normalized these days, and my little girl never had any of those! Motherhood is amazing. Enjoy every minute of it!!
Had my first in May of 2022! Congratulations! Surreal is an excellent way to describe it. Also, nothing but respect to you for respecting HER privacy and not sharing details. We chose to do the same much to the dismay and confusion of certain family members, but the we believe internet as a whole is not a safe place and we want to shield our baby and future children from that as much as possible. ❤
I'm a 12/22 baby! I will tell you to please not let her birthday get lost in the holiday shuffle. My mother was always adamant that my gifts were never combined with Christmas and as an adult whose birthday tends to get lost in the holiday shuffle, I appreciate that she did that and I have good birthday party memories from my childhood. Congrats to you and enjoy every minute. They really do go by in the blink of an eye!
My bday is 12/20 & i cldnt agree with this comment more. Making her birthday special & not just added to xmas celebration is so important 🤗
I have a 12/29 baby who is now a 32 year old adult. So many of her friends were away on holiday for her bday so we celebrated 2 weeks before with her friends and then again on her special day with who was around. I have a sister is a Christmas Day baby who demand (she’s a strong willed Capricorn lol) I request bday wrapping only as well as no combo christmas/bday gifts.
12/29 myself and my parents always kept holidays and bdays separate. I had a brother with a 1/3 bday so shared extended family parties together when younger.
I celebrate half birthdays! I'm 1/12 and live in Minnesota. People are sick, broke, tired of parties or its a blizzard. July 12th each year I am celebrated!
My oldest daughter was born on 12/13. I would rewrap gifts if they came in Christmas wrap. She is now an adult and her birthday has always been separate.
Congratulations!! In the present or the future, please don't ever, ever hesitate to take another break or scale back if you and your family need it! We all support you! Just let us know, and we'll all binge watch old videos hehe. You don't ever need to apologize or worry about doing what is best for your child. And remember that what is best for her momma is also what's best for your baby. 💜
I'm a L&D nurse and I absolutely love my job! And thank you for recognizing nurses and physicians 💜 Congratulations on your baby girl! Fun fact, my first was also 9lb 13oz 😉
Congratulations!!! I’m so happy for you. I’m a NICU nurse and at that weight she is what we call a Boombah. Wow. Big girl. Good for you. And it honestly was a miracle that they turned her, especially at that size. At our hospital when they tell us they’re about to perform a version, us NICU nurses just start getting ready for the c-section that we figure is about to happen. I’m so proud of you for all your hard work growing and birthing that sweet little life. My son was also born on 12/22. It’s a great birthday. He was 9 lbs 3oz. Take lots of pictures and here’s maybe a tiny bit of advice… don’t try to be silent when she’s sleeping or she won’t sleep unless it’s silent. It’s fairly loud in the NICU with all the beeping and crying (Moms and babies), and the babies all learn to sleep through it. I have no doubt you will be an amazing mama. So happy for all three of you.
@Tanka’sMom my daughter was in Nicu 3.5 weeks. Huge respect to all nurses especially Nicu nurses! Thanks for all you do!
Do WHATEVER you need to do right now, sweetie. You work soooo hard and we’ll all still be here if you need more time off down the line. You wouldn’t be letting anyone down, let alone yourself. (I don’t know why I felt compelled to say that but I did!) And it’s more than okay to keep your baby private xXx
100% agree. Also, keep your baby/child private until they can make decisions on their own. They are a person who should choose what goes on the internet. The internet is forever.
I think you can talk about your experiences as a new parent raising a child into the world.
My youngest is at college. He just came home for one night. I cried Ann day after he left, so broken 9:44 9:51
I’m not even a mom, but I was crying and smiling through your whole video! You just seem so incredibly happy and i really felt it! Congrats to you both!!! ❤
Congratulations!!! Our boys are 28 and 23 and still the lights of our lives. Being a Momma is all I’ve ever wanted to be, I was so blessed to stay home with them, volunteer at their schools, do drop offs and pick ups, be the house where all their friends congregated and now I’m looking forward to grand babies, someday! Congratulations again ❤
You were a mom the moment you got pregnant! Congratulations!!🎉 ❤❤❤
Congratulations!!!! My “ baby” girl is 35 but I will always remember when they placed her in my arms, the unimaginable love. I’m so happy for you and your family. Thank you for sharing your beautiful story with us.
Congrtulatios Allie for your baby and you becoming a mom! I’m a medical doctor and I just cried when you said thank you so sincerely greatfuly because after COVID I’ve had a hard time trying to enjoy my career and feel plenty, I just feel burned out. All my love to your family. Carla from Chile 🇨🇱💕
Thank you for all the care you give to your patients. When you can, please take some time off so that you can rebuild your resilience.
Mazel Tov on becoming parents. I wish you all the happiness in the world.
My daughter was 10lbs 8oz! She is now 15 and taller than me (she is 5’10). Congrats to you both. ❤️
I forgot to tell you how special this channel is to me. It’s my girl time and I cannot thank you enough for sharing so much.
Congratulations, Allie! I can't even imagine how you're managing working already! You're incredible. I'm from Canada, and we take a year or longer off, and I still could barely get my act together. Lol It's such an incredible experience to be a mom. 💜
I completely understand why you're not sharing images and a name. I'm sure everyone here can appreciate it as well.
Thanks for your shout out to the nurses….my daughter is a L&D nurse & I know how hard she works & how much she cares for all her Moms & babies❤ ❤
Allie - Thank you sharing all your joy! I’m not a big crier but felt such similar feelings with my births. We all express our feelings in different ways but I love re-living that experience as I hear others birth stories. Feel no pressure to keep to a video schedule for us but so glad to see you back! 💕
I think calling her a cute nickname for your channel would be adorable. Tutu could be cute to refer to all of the 2s in her birthdate ❤
I love that
Sych a cute idea!
Love this idea! Tutu is fun and precious
I was going to say this too! A nickname would be so cute! It’s like people do when they have foster children and can’t reveal their name publicly.
❤❤
Much love and respect for you and your privacy. Congratulations! Babies are a blessing! I do hope you will let us meet her in the future.
She is so lucky to have you as her mommy. Congratulations and lots of hugs!
I just started this video but OMG congratulations! 🎉 so excited for your motherhood journey, give yourself endless grace.. motherhood is a roller coaster of emotions and let yourself feel them without mom guilt or worrying about what other people are thinking or doing. As a new mom myself I really struggled with comparing myself to other Instagram moms. I struggled with postpartum anxiety and moments of depression and I felt like I was doing something wrong cause all my other mom friends on Instagram seemed to be just loving every second and I was hard core struggling. I learned quickly to step away from socials and just live my own motherhood journey and that has brought me a lot of peace ❤️
As someone that hasn’t had a child.. I’m terrified of giving birth so this is actually helping ❤
So glad everyone is good and happy 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 xxx
Once upon a time, I was too. 2 babies later I can tell you both times were no where near as horrible as what I expected. I had it so built up in my brain as being terrifying & torturous lol. Both my deliveries were actually really positive experiences and I’m a major wimp with pain and needles. If it’s something you want to do, you absolutely can ❤️
Same here.. It's a good enough reason to not have a baby in my opinion.. I know most people get through it fine but it freaks me out... :(
I'm almost due with my 4th. Birth is an incredible experience! Our medical establishment created fear around a totally natural process, so that people would flock to them for pain relief and c sections, to dodge the experience altogether. Don't be afraid of it!
@@MissSeaworld8 Hospitals perpetuate the fear of a totally amazing and natural event to ensure women would rely on them completely. It's not scary, it's actually awesome. I've given birth to 3, about to have my 4th.
@@MissSeaworld8 I never had kids either, by choice which I never regretted. Don't let anyone make you feel bad about a choice not to have kids. There are lots of great kids in the world already to love, you can be the "cool auntie", like me.
Crying and laughing with you at the same time! What a beautiful story! Thanks for sharing!❤
Congratulations!!! Being a mom is the best. I have 4 kids. 3 girls and 1 boy. My oldest just turned 12 Saturday, 9 years old, 7 years old and 3 years old. Enjoy the baby stages, it will go by so fast. Thank you for sharing your story.
Congratulations on the happy, healthy and safe delivery of your angel! Soak up all of these moments, they really do fly away too quickly. ❤
I cried listening to your story Allie because I can so relate. The birth of a baby is like a miracle isn't it? It's so wonderful. I had two sons which are now grown men now. There are days when I miss them both so much.
It’s so lovely to see someone so enamored with being a new Mom. Glad you’re being proactive with the whole internet thing. Mama bear vibes! Enjoy your new journey!
First…congratulations to you both. I find it so absolutely beautiful how glowing and happy you are by your smile, cries and giggles throughout this video. It’s so heartwarming to hear a new mommy tell her story, which brings back memories of my first and only baby 30 years ago. It’s something you will always cherish and never forget. I’m so happy for you both and thank you for sharing this occasion 💕
Oh my gosh I started crying with you, I had my sweet girl back in May and I agree it’s such a incredible feeling to be a mom. Our tiny little human loves us more than we can ever understand, it warms my heart when she smiles at me and just examines my faces when she’s playing with me.
I’m so excited for you to experience those wonderful moments ❤ Soak it ALL in
Yay Allie is back!!!! Congratulations to you!
You are such a thoughtful and sincere person. Thank you for caring enough for your viewers to create so much content for us to enjoy while you took the time you need. You are loved! Congrats on your fam. ❤
Just did a happy bawl throughout this whole video )))) I'm a mom of 3 and this brought back all the happy memories...
Congratulations, I'm so happy for you! Thanks for all of the hard work you guys did. It was so thoughtful that you made sure we still had videos while you were gone. It's so great to have you back! I had my son right before Christmas, it was always so much fun. We always made sure to put his birthday presents in the living room, away from the Christmas tree (which is always in the family room). We always made his day very special and not Christmas themed. Enjoy your daughter, she'll grow up so fast. Soak up every moment. My daughter is 23 and I still make sure to take in every moment we have together.
You are absolutely beaming with happiness. You could have said nothing at all, your face, smile, eyes say it all. We love you.
To God be the glory for your miracle delivery, recovery and baby! Love from Alberta, 🇨🇦 ❤
Sincerely happy for you, I love how grateful you are for the entire experience, and how much love you are exuding for medical staff, your baby, your husband, etc. Very sweet
I loved hearing your story. Babies are such blessings! Thank you for sharing!
My favorite video to date!! I’m not a mom, but I loved hearing your story! Of course I’m sure we’re all dying to know her name and see pictures, but it is very understandable to not share that information yet. Praying for all three of you in this new chapter of life 💖
Oh what a beautiful birth story 🥰🥰🥰 and as a nurse, thank you for your kind words, they mean a lot.
Oh, Allie. You are glowing! And congratulations to a smooth and safe delivery, and welcome to the wonderful world of motherhood! ❤️
I teared up listening to your birth story and remembered mine… and my son is already turning 8 in April! And thank you for the repeated shoutouts to doctors and nurses; they surely are angels on earth.
Enjoy being a new mom, Allie. Take as much time and privacy as you need for yourself and the baby and even Tylan. The community will always be here, whenever you are ready. ❤️
You’re gratitude and desire to be present in this process is so inspiring! In awe of you and can only hope if I am blessed with a child one day that this is the grace I will have with the process! ❤
Watching this from the other side of the globe with the biggest smile and tears that won’t stop. Congratulations mama, you did it ❤️
Yay!!! So wonderful hearing your birth story. As a mom of two, enjoy every exhausting minute of this age, it flys by so quickly. It’s so sweet to hear how in love you are already. And 9lbs 13oz… you’re a champion!!!
Congrats! It was wonderful hearing your birth story. You will never forget that feeling you had when you first held her. Treasure your time with her this first year because it goes so fast! My babies are 24 and 20.
I remember when it started getting really hard for me this one nurse really eased my mind by saying breath we are women we’re made and meant to do this and in that moment I felt so empowered I’m so happy for you guys 💖💖 congrats Allie
Soooo happy for you. My oldest is 35 and you brought me right back. What a miracle birth is!❤❤❤
I love being a mom more than anything in the whole world! I am so happy that you can have this experience. Yay!!!
I'm so glad your delivery went well. And thank you for sharing your faith on the internet. Thank God for all the blessings you've experienced ❤️
congrats Allie and to your husband too! Being a mom is wonderful and such a blessing. When I was going into my 3rd c-section last year, it really hit me that having a baby is just a big accomplishment for women. It's tough but wonderful at the same time. Our bodies go through so much and during labor, it's a risky procedure that is worth it all at the end. Thanks to all those doctors and nurses that do their jobs with so much love and care.. it really makes the experience so much better.
Congratulations Allie!! I was definitely crying and laughing with you! I gave birth to my son 12-21-22. One day before your daughter was born. He was actually born 6 weeks early, weighed 4lbs 1.6oz, but he is a strong and healthy little boy. My labor was crazy and I progressed super fast as well. I went from a 1 to a 7 in 2 hours and a 7 to 10 in less than 30 minutes. I had no time for the epidural lol, but it was all worth it when I got to meet my son. it's an unexplainable feeling! Enjoy getting to know your baby girl and keep her private for as long you want! You are going to be the best mommy ever! Maybe a little sleep deprived, but you got this momma!
Congratulations 🥳💙🎉🎈
Congratulations on your precious boy! Having a baby early can be a bit scary so I'm so so happy to hear he's a strong healthy little one!! 💗
@@Forbiddenangel989 Thank you!
@@patricerock258 Thank you!
@@BaByGrLBeC yes it was definitely scary, but he is strong and healthy which is all I asked for! Thank you!
I’m a L&D RN Allie so thank you for what u said. U sound like u had the perfect delivery n I know you n your hubby are amazing parents. That baby is going to be so loved. Love u guys❤️💪🏼
Watching this while holding my baby on the hip making breakfast. Crying with you Allie. All the feels ❤️
Congratulations on having your baby Allie! I wish you, tylan and little baby girl are always healthy and happy. 💕
Welcome back to making videos and doing your makeup. I love you.
You didn't ask. I know. I'm sorry. My biggest suggestion is do not be quiet when baby sleeps or they will get to where they cannot sleep unless it's quiet.
Yes!! This!!
100%!
Agreed all 4 of my babies have always been able to sleep through everything.
Yes!! I vacuumed the house and all the TVs were on when my kids were sleeping. They all slept while going out and about and it definitely helped with them sleeping through the night.
I don’t have a baby, but that makes a lot of sense, and thank you for saying it so sensitively xXx
Yay I’ve been never been more excited for a video! Welcome back!! I’m so glad you were able to spend some time with your precious bundle of joy! ❤
Your words are so beautiful Allie!
I felt all the same amazing feelings with my babies. She’s such a blessed little girl to have you and Tylan. Congratulations and many blessings Allie!
You are such a beautiful person and I’m so grateful you shared your beautiful story with us!
Congratulations! I love hearing baby stories! They are all so special and sweet. ❤
So my son was born Dec 21 at 9pds 14 ounces!! My doc was so proud to have delivered at 10pd baby pretty much! You'd think we was the grandpa or something! Hats off to the docs that actually take the time to get to know you and really help with your birth plan. .I'm so very excited for you as a mother. . I've watched you seems forever and thank you for taking us on your journey. . Its gonna be great mom !!!
Congratulations to you and your sweet new family! It is so heartwarming to see how excited you are to be a mom. ❤ As a mom of three, I remember each of my babies births vividly and the first moment you hold them is truly unlike anything else in this world. Thank you SO much for sharing your birth story with us! I’m glad you feel safe and confident in your decision to gather a stronger opinion on if and when you share more about your daughter. Much love to you all! 💖
Congrats!! I have a close friend that was born close to Christmas and when she got older, her parents let her pick another day in the fall to celebrate her birthday and have a party so that it wasn’t mixed in with or overshadowed by Christmas. You are so full of love right now and I couldn’t help smiling and crying along with you. ❤
My daughter was born on Christmas and growing up, we celebrated her half-birthday in June. We left it up to her as to when she wanted to stop that and when she was 8 she decided on December. Christmas Day after 5:04 pm, it was only about her. Had a Happy Birthday tree and other decorations. She loved it!
Congratulations Allie!!! And enjoy every second of it, time flies so fast so enjoy!
Congratulations!!! So wonderful to know that all went well, and you and Baby Glines are doing well, physically and emotionally. I'm sure it was wilder than the wildest roller coaster ever! It's so obvious how incredibly happy you are!!! It just comes out of your eyes and smile and tears--so heart-warming. So thank YOU for sharing this video with us; it really made my whole day! 😍Lots of love and prayers for you all! ❤🙏

You are so laid-back that I think baby was happy where she was and did not want to emerge! What a lovely birth story from start to finish. Congratulations to you both.👶
You are so pure and have the kindest heart. I’m so glad everything went well and that you’re enjoying motherhood ❤
You are such a gem Allie. I’m a mom of an almost 2 year old sweet girl and even though I’ve experienced birth just hearing you talk about your experience made me tear up! It’s such an amazing and miraculously thing that we get to do!!! I just want you to know you got me excited all over again to have another baby. We had to do IVF to get our first miracle babe and we will be starting IVF again in a couple months to hopefully get our second miracle babe. Thank you for sharing your heart through your journey to becoming a mom! Prayers for you & your sweet girl as you navigate your new normal 🥹💗
you are so adorable and I'm so glad you're on the internet :) Prayers to you and your transition into being a MOM! So happy you chose this road. It's a WILD one, but one that is COMPLETELY WORTH ALL the work!

Allie, I’m so thankful to be part of your little tribe here for several years. You feel like family:) I’m in the last part of medical school, and these past few weeks especially have been long and hard. This video was the encouragement I didn’t know I needed! Im thankful to get to listen to your story as a future doctor and mom:)) 💕💕

So glad your back! 😉☺️🥰
Congratulations! Becoming a mommy is the best thing EVER!!! We chose not sharing pictures or things related to our kids on the internet and it is one of the best decisions we have ever made! It’s sad that we need to worry about what someone else does with the images and informs we share but it’s reality. Don’t ever be pressured to share. She will likely thank you in the future❤
You are truly the most genuine, sweet, and wholesome woman and I adore you!
Gosh, I am so happy for you and your husband. You truly radiate joy! It is nice to know that everything went smoothly. Honestly, all births are miracles. Being born is a miracle. I am not a mother, but I do have a lot of brothers and sisters. And yes, being a mom is something that people should appreciate. I completely understand that you do not want to share things, yet, or never. It is your baby. We respect that. Lots of love from Spain ♥
So excited for you! Being a mom is hard and wonderful! As a mom of an almost 2 year old so far it just keeps getting better! And the acne can be skin care routine but hormones play a big role, especially if you are breastfeeding it can last a while. Give yourself all the grace, you are doing wonderful!
Congratulations to you and your husband!! Parenthood is so rewarding! I’m a labor and delivery nurse in Pa. and I enjoyed every detail of your labor journey! Also, your doctor is AMAZING if he could turn a 9lb baby….wow!! I’m also a mom of three daughters and being a girl mom is the BEST! I also love make up and your videos!❤️
Oh my gosh I’ve been looking forward to this video so much! 😭💙I am so happy everything went so smoothly As a nurse these are my favorite stories. Then you started so genuinely thanking people in the medical field and I lost it.
Congratulations to you & Tyler ❤

I was 21 when I had my first son. It was definitely not planned! My husband and I were newly weds and we were terrified! BUT it was the best thing that could have ever happened to me! He changed my entire outlook on life! And now 5 years later I’m a stay at home Mom with three beautiful children who are 4 almost 2 and a 2 week old🤭 I couldn’t have asked for a better life or “job”. I love being a mom! I am so happy for you Allie! Your channel has gotten me through a lot of sleepless nights and post partum moments throughout the years! You’re an amazing woman and I know you will be an amazing mother!❤️
I totally understand! Keep your baby and any information on her safe. I’m so happy for you and Tylan! Take care of you and don’t worry about posting, just take care of you and your family. We’ll happily be waiting ❤️❤️.
