Saurav ji you said very true about refund. I invested in mahagun through PPR and paid 5.5 lacs which was not 10% and my bba was not made. When i asked them that m not willing to continue and refund my amount they back out and now I'm following up with mahagun for past one year and still not received my amount back.
Can I buy a resale property in Sector 150 with bank loan as most of the properties don't have registry open. Will bank provide loan on such properties?

As I come across different dates on different portals, videos, vlogs ets.. with some stating as long as Sep 26. Hopefully you can give the most clear picture.
Let’s say you bought a unit at 65 lacs a year ago where you paid 10% self funded and next 80% on loan based on CLP. Now after a year the same unit is sold by builder for 78 lacs due to capital appreciation per sqft. So the reseller quotes 75 lacs. Your original agreement to sale of 65 lacs is with bank(mortgage) and you have not paid the builder complete 80%. So reseller is getting a premium of 10 lacs which is black money. And since there is no possession yet given to the reseller by builder the reseller cannot quote a price greater than what the builder offers as of today. Hope this answers your question.

Is case me builder broker ban jata hai 😂 Builder standard dialogue - ‘hamari saari unit sold hai lekin apko hum resale me dilwa denge bas premium jyada dena padega’

I think ATS isnt charging 1000 sq ft it must be Rs.1000 sqmt there is some error in this statement by Saurav
