I see sylosis albuns this way: 1) Your start with the eps: you are raging against a degenerated society and denouncing the things you see. You face a shadow enemy about to take the world. 2) In the first album we see sylosis talking about how this malignant force has made people destroy themselves and earth, so we are facing an imminent apocalypse 3) The apocalypse begins and then those people who survived did it by going down into the earth. These people will face revelations and many other adversities in order to stay alive and conscious. The further they dig, the more they discover the "roots of the earth". 4) By this album, things really go south. An obscure clan of a demonic cult is behind the earth destruction. So we see sylosis denouncing they takeover above the mass of people, as they prepare a ritual, represented by the monolith, initiating a dystopic bloody age of mind control. Those who survived earth destruction are the "reborn ones" and so are elected enligthened enought to become part of the cult. 5) In dormant heart, we see the start of the fight and upheaval against the cult. 6) Cycle of Suffering means the war. It portraits the fight against the cult and its consequences. It also show what it could be a halt or an apparently closing to the war. 7) A Sign of things to come show that an aftermath has come. First war is gone but things are not over. It shows a lot that needs to be done in order to solve things up. Pretty crazy, heh? I am not on drugs, btw, i just love this very band!
Yeah Sylosis only started tuning doen on there latest album all these songs are standard tuning, You dont need to drop to aound heavy, Sylosis like using alot of inverted powerchords that adds alot of heaviness for sure

If you want a pick, maybe from the edge of the earth? Prob most emotional song on the album. Or kingdom of solitude is shorter but lacks cleans and some of the space. I'd suggest either pick a song to listen to and do a video on another if you like it. Or just pick whichever seems to have a neat video. Thanks for engaging guys. GL with the channel.
