If you told me I'd be able to run a 5:18 mile when I'm 52 I'd laugh in your face... this guy is impressive.
He looks so at ease while running and Nick looks like he's escaping an explosion.

Nick was my favorite pro runner when he was pro, now my current favorite PRO runner/s is a tie between Jakob and Filip. {last name not in spell checker!!}

I live in Florida and we don’t even know if our season is going to be canceled we r just training hoping to see why they say it’s 50/50 at this point

mine has been :| and im in Florida. but my county has been pretty hard hit

Nick is the best of the best @ what he does. Cam doesn't "practice" this type of running. Therefore, if Cam did, he'd adapt better,not that 5:18 is anything to sneeze @,it's an awesome time ! I have no doubt Cam did this more often,like once a week, he'd be sub 5 real quick. His body and mind would conform to the rigors of the strain and translate more effort to the legs then into the whole body tensing up. Thanks both Cam and Nick. Great inspiration to all everywhere.

I'm a relatively new subscriber and I am familiar with your running over the years Nick. I wasn't familiar about Cameron Haynes at all except hearing his name mentioned on a joe rogan podcast. Very cool you guys get to run together coming from very different running discipline.
You should do a video covering running form and what affect you think it has on running since everyone runs in different ways and how we can maximize our natural running forms

Qualified for Boston 2020 in Sugarloaf 2019 (2.55) and then qualified for Boston 2021 in Chicago last year (2.54) wish to keep that running shape at least till Cameron’s age! That’s really inspiring!

That was an absolutely awesome and graceful 1 mile run.... Quick question: What running watch and/or distance measuring app do you use? I've noticed in some of your past running videos that you have your distance ( in meters) along with your heartrate on the side of the screen?

I was training to qualify for the U20 WC (still ain’t canceled but all the meets are..) But I know for sure that the grind and the gains won’t go away and if anything it’s making me work harder cause I know people will start to give up and lose motivation
I was at your final for the 800meters in the 2012 olympics. I live in London , I can’t remember you exact place but I remember the race being super fast I think everyone broke PB’s in that race all sorts of records flying about WR junior records national records really good race that final race was.
