I feel like I owe you for all the help and inspiration you've given me already through UA-cam alone, so it was a no-brainer for me to sign up for US$20, even if it ends up just being videos of you smashing donuts with your fist.
Will I still have access to the material after that 30 days? I'm currently travelling and want to make sure I make full use of these workouts with access to my equipment at home when I get back.

If you are following this channel Im sure you have come along and learned something. This dude puts a lot of effort for us as his followers and audiences. I guess it’s time to enrol into his 30 - Day program. Even if you don’t use it show some support so he can do something bigger and better in the future for each and everyone of us. It’s not $200 like other fitness coaches who charges ridiculously. I think everyone can afford this including myself. Good luck to everyone!!

I really enjoy how you put training into terms that make it seem as if im going to die. Makes me feel borderline immortal until I'm at the end of my set staring at a light at the end of a big tunnel wondering if im about to meet God. Then I realize im just on the gym floor with some coach shining a flashlight into my eyes.

My legs have always been my weakest point in terms of growth and I was taught to believe that you can only get big legs by lifting super heavy. I've just finished a leg session where I was only squatting 35kg doing 3 quarter reps and my legs have never felt this pumped or sore after squatting even when I used to squat over 110kg. I never thought this type of squatting would make such a big difference. I would highly recommend everyone to give it a try!

It's cool, seems more leaning towards the calisthenics side with a mix in of light weights. I'll keep it heavy with machines so that I have not just size but brute strength and a little bit of weighted lunges and Bulgaria split squats to get that blood rush and pump that calisthenics does give you.
