Bless all the people in the innocense program . The world needs more people like thease . The people who wrongfully convicted Barry should have to get a taste of what he went threw . Not enough money in the world tp pay for what they did to him . ONE DAY IS LIKE A THOUSAND YEARS .
The only justice is that those involved in these cases spend the same amount of time in prison as the innocent party, no exceptions. no more. no less
@@fairmaiden6472 Criminality was presented in his case by professional people where their ego was worth more vs true justice for Barry which they should have checked into but didn't care they just wanted another notch in their victory belt win regardless of the facts they conscientiously new of backed by the Judge who both deliberately made it unmissable purposely from their initial mistake coverups all under the parentheses as an accessory to the crime at that point putting an innocent man in prison..
Unfukn believable how a State Crown worked with a Judge to frame an innocent man as well as the Cop framing him too..
Pretty scary to say the least here where a Justice system displays the criminal rogue conduct when it has no earthly business doing so and this Qualified Immunity defecation with cops & judges needs to go years ago..

I have seen documentaries on the amount of innocent, mostly men, that are in prison. Also bad, that means many real criminals got away with the crime. Thanks to DNA a lot have been released but there are many more. This was such a sad, terrible case. Thank you to Innocence program for working so hard for the innocent, so wrongly convicted & being Barry’s family! How awesome Barry got compensated. Deserves it. Barry Sheck, probably spelt his name wrong. He was one of the defence of July Woodward from Derbyshire, UK. the one over the nanny case. He is an absolute top notch lawyer...He has a special gift as a lawyer.

@@Capcoor 'Gaspipe' Casso was the boss of the Lucchese crime family.
After a failed attempt on his life, he used his crooked cops, Lous Eppolito and Steven Caracappa to track down those who did it. They kidnapped Jimmy Hydell, brought him to 'Gaspipe', who used torture to extract the names of all the shooters involved. One of them Eddie LIno, was pulled over and shot nine times by these two crooked cops. After that, 'Gaspipe' put them on a regular payroll.

The park officer, Officer Gentilli (however the name is spelled) was not called as a witness. That the court went through the whole process but somehow something like this was left out screams that we do not have a system of justice that can be trusted. I see things like this a lot.

More like the cop's helped the witness pick him out by showing them a picture of him, it's really sad that the cop's are too lazy and corrupt to investigate crimes properly.
observations that reveal patterns are not feelings. the patterns should be heard by the proper authorities, at tax-payer expense, as is the salaries for those authorities.
