😂 How tacky for the Defense attorney to use a call phone for his notes lol. He basically said that, she may have done it but, if the state makes the tiniest mistake, you MUST find her not guilty.........Geesh 😂

I wonder if knows it’s a lost cause and didn’t bother to waste too much time trying to help build a defense.
He’s only there to make sure his client’s constitutional rights are upheld.
We’re all entitled to a fair trial and to have our rights protected.
      Even cold blooded murderers, sadly.

Prosecutor's opening is very impressive. Very fact filled all the way through. Defense Attorney.....has no defense and he knows it. His opening statement = "fake it til you make it"...and use your cell phone while you do it.

Scotland does show some big trials but the UK in general might show only the judge during sentencing and we don't see the reaction of the scum.
I do worry about how I don't have a man and all I watch at home are true crime shows and American trials...then I'll justify my sad lonely life by saying well if I don't have a man then no one will do these things to me lol.
I've created a miserable sad cycle.

How come that's all you have to say while learning Robert's passing? Nitpicking makes you feel good about yourself huh?

1:00:03 the difference is that these witnesses are testifying about the time period around a murder…..asking me to remember some random morning twenty years ago is not the same as someone testifying about what they remember when someone they loved went “missing”……and it doesn’t matter if someone was 8 or 10 or 70 or 80…it’s THEIR memory….someone memory is not right or wrong- it is what it is…what those memories are matter only if they make it negative or positive……I’m not talking about whether it was sunny or raining or morning or nighttime-those are facts that can’t be argued….but the way someone remembers an event is how they remember it- and I think for the jury there will, certainly be more leeway with testimony that refers to events from 20 years ago….but that also applies to the Defendant and her testimony-if there is any.

I guess that Christopher McMillan was the key witness because he does not have anything to lose. He already confessed to his part and was convicted of 2nd degree murder. So with his statement he only could reduce his sentence at that's okay for me . Because he helped the court to detect who was behind of this horrible crime.
