Yeah but would it have been good. There were no hints whatsoever and Sokrates was a great friend throughout the whole game. It would’ve just been extremely random
Would've wanted if Alkibiades was the ghost. Smashed him lots of times and even saved his life. Also, in real history, he died by the end of the war and is known to switch sides, too.
So literally EVERYTHING that happened in the series was because of this one ending? Well shit, and I thought Odyssey doesn't deserve the title of Assassins Creed, in fact, it well deserves it because this game was the real origins of the Templar Order, Origins was the Assassins Origins, and this is the Templar origins So where would they go after this is beyond me
you NEED to play the dlc. it delves into the actual first "assassin" before they were assassins. its nice, cuz it shows that kassandra interacted with assassins to kill order ancients. this is actually accurate to the legend of the hashasha shi uun, who were splintered off from the arabs and persians at the time, but they believed in what the greeks and persians believed in.
Mine is both. He plays then he kills: just unfortunate that isn’t an option. It’s like, ‘yes I’ll fondle her jugs, then I’ll stab her in the throat’ 😂 pretty sure a quest does that as well with a random woman you meet in a side quest
“The World depends on you, Alexios. You need to be the Hero again.” Fair enough. I’ll start right now. *Proceeds to kill Aspasia with hero strike* Phoibe, you are avenged, fam. Ad Victoriam.
And Perikles, and when you had no more control of the Cult you orchestrated their deaths like a traitorous coward. They deserved it sure but there's only 1 worse than you, Chryssis for abusing a baby. Otherwise you're 2nd worst because at least the rest stuck to their beliefs. (With the exception of Lagos whose family was captive and Deimos who was initially brainwashed)
For those of you arguing that Aspasia deserves to live, just think about this. The Cult is a group of dissidents who used to be a part of the Hermectic Order (who tried to kill Ezio multiple times and tried to use Leonardo Da Vinci before trying to kill him too) however they still have a goal of world control. It doesn't matter if the Cult is chaotic because they're still in control and are restricting free choice. The way that Polemon orchestrated the war is in direct offense of Assassin beliefs. Aspasia is also talking about bringing Alexander the Great into reign when she talks about a philosopher king because Alexander was taught by Aristotle, a student of Plato, a student of Socrates. In Origins we find that Alexander was entombed with an Apple of Eden proving that the Cult is still in lines with the Hermectic Order and the Children of Cain, whose main goal was to control people through Isu devices. This proves that Aspasia is templar aligned because the Templars came from the Children of Cain. It's why they use the cross as their symbol because that was the mark put on Cain when he killed Abel to gain the Apple that Adam and Eve stole. The Order of Ancients were influenced by the Cult through Alexander and then the Templars and the Masonic Order were created as a result. Therefore Aspasia needs to die if you're Assassin aligned. All of this also means that Pythagoras (who founded the Hermectic Order after the Children of Cain died off with Hermes who gave the staff to Pythagoras) is also an enemy of the Assassins and deserves to die.
@@josephgold208 Very well analyzed and good points. … but Phoebe dead, I’m not as intellectual as you are so… *Unga* *Bunga* *Noises* I kill, avenge phoibe
Great explanation. I’m impartial to her because she made it seem like her intentions were for the good of the world. But now that I think of it, majority of the templars, cultists, & members of the order believed it’s for the hood of humanity. I guess this segment was to show how great she was at deceiving. Which worked on me because I spared her, but my gut was telling me not to lol
Uhm i got a kill animation with my mace of everlasting fire when you get hit like 6 times on the back while you are on ground then finish it with a blow to the face .. so i think she's done
I was hoping for Alcibiades. His real version was a side switching snake in war, playing both sides against each other and also winning important battles for Sparta and Athens. Last but not least he was assassinated, so it would have fit perfectly^^
He also directly contributed to Athens' defeat in the War by goading the Athenians to foolishly intervene in Sicily, and then defecting to the Spartans just as the fleet set out, ostensibly to avoid domestic political enemies.
There is also the option of removing your weapon, knocking her out and running around stuck in the cave until you decide what to do with her. Mainly pick her up and that’s about it. There’s also another random chick in there that looks sort of like the daughter of Artemis that I had to kill earlier

I was giggling and in awe the entire time playing this from all the names I would recognize and nods to mythical creatures. Edit: I also thought Aspasia talked too much at the end. Not really. The cult was there before them and they were the original templars. The assassins weren't even though of yet in this game so you really don't change much. Even killing her doesn't stop anything
2:32 Shows every game we got in the future about every Assassin we played as except Altaïr... He was the most important character outside of Ezio and Bayek because while Bayek founded the Brotherhood, Altaïr changed it forever. There’s a reason why he was the most famous Assassin in history. If Bayek wasn’t forgotten then he would have been the most famous.
To be honest, I'd let her live because this game introduces and starts the Templars. She said there would be a future after the cult, and she used the artifact even though she wasn't a part of the bloodline. Letting her live starts that journey of the templars and that to me, is the correct history sequence of Assassin's Creed.
Historically she also lives into her 70’s so I figured letting her live, and the fact that we know she will help form the Templars was the right decision.
I let her live knowing that no matter the decision, the Templars would come to be. I was pissed off at her for the death of Phoebe but in the end, I feel like I’d rather have her as the initial spark for the Templars because compared to the other cultists, she was “better.” Plus my gay ass was curious about the kiss option.
This means in every Assassins creed game, Alexios/ kassandra is the start of it all. It’s more than a game, it’s the start of history in this universe. In this universe it’s all connected.
@@Lizzy3D Essentially, he said that Assasins creed Odyssey is start of history in this universe AND I told that its not true. Before humans there were ISU on Earth (about their time we know vitually nothing, only very small pieces and that they created human race during project Anthropos) BUT humans rebelled and went to war with them - the war was bloody AND was interrupted by ejection of solar mass which lead to near or complete extinction of ISU and a lot of human deaths - this solar ejection that whiped out ISU and nearly whiped out humans and set them to stone age is called "Great Catastrophy" which was supposed to be 75k BCE. The ISU history contains more information which you can find yourself.
I think they should make a game during the time of first Civilization just before the great catastrophe were we play as an isu. I think the legend of Prometheus can be expanded in AC series as a story of a rouge isu who programmed free will in humans freeing them from the slavery from first Civilization.

Socrates as the leader of the cult would of been a crazy plot twist
It would had taken a lot of criticism if that happened. Socrates opposed liars and manipulators. According to Plato at least.
Yeah but would it have been good. There were no hints whatsoever and Sokrates was a great friend throughout the whole game. It would’ve just been extremely random
@@ChrisSum.which would make it a bad twist.
Would've wanted if Alkibiades was the ghost. Smashed him lots of times and even saved his life. Also, in real history, he died by the end of the war and is known to switch sides, too.
Yeah he would've been much much better choice, especially one clue said something like "Controls both sides of war"
So literally EVERYTHING that happened in the series was because of this one ending?
Well shit, and I thought Odyssey doesn't deserve the title of Assassins Creed, in fact, it well deserves it because this game was the real origins of the Templar Order, Origins was the Assassins Origins, and this is the Templar origins
So where would they go after this is beyond me
The beginning of the templar order was with Cain and that happened way earlier
Maybe to present day
Yup this is the start of the Templars

you NEED to play the dlc. it delves into the actual first "assassin" before they were assassins. its nice, cuz it shows that kassandra interacted with assassins to kill order ancients.
this is actually accurate to the legend of the hashasha shi uun, who were splintered off from the arabs and persians at the time, but they believed in what the greeks and persians believed in.
I kissed her, because my Alexios is a lover not a fighter.
I killed her, my Alexios is fair but cruel
Mine is both. He plays then he kills: just unfortunate that isn’t an option. It’s like, ‘yes I’ll fondle her jugs, then I’ll stab her in the throat’ 😂 pretty sure a quest does that as well with a random woman you meet in a side quest
@@victoriasharpe1661 A quest is like that with one of the cultists. You can sleep with the cultist Diona then kill her afterwards

“The World depends on you, Alexios. You need to be the Hero again.” Fair enough. I’ll start right now.
*Proceeds to kill Aspasia with hero strike*
Phoibe, you are avenged, fam.
Hotel? Trivago
Wow that’s intense !
Trust me anyone who chose anything besides killing her has been killed by myself

There is no "Confirm Kill" option when you kill Aspacia. So maybe she lives
Uhm i got a kill animation with my mace of everlasting fire when you get hit like 6 times on the back while you are on ground then finish it with a blow to the face .. so i think she's done
The "Gods of the Aegean Sea" do not have a "Confirm Kill" option since they're on the water. So it would just mean that they're dead

I was hoping for Alcibiades. His real version was a side switching snake in war, playing both sides against each other and also winning important battles for Sparta and Athens. Last but not least he was assassinated, so it would have fit perfectly^^
Maddin Pictures Im glad it wasn’t him because he’s one of my fave characters/romances. It would’ve hurt too much
He also directly contributed to Athens' defeat in the War by goading the Athenians to foolishly intervene in Sicily, and then defecting to the Spartans just as the fleet set out, ostensibly to avoid domestic political enemies.
Eveytime he tried to bang i tried to kill him. Sadly it wouldnt let me

He was the most important character outside of Ezio and Bayek because while Bayek founded the Brotherhood, Altaïr changed it forever. There’s a reason why he was the most famous Assassin in history. If Bayek wasn’t forgotten then he would have been the most famous.
the thing is Bayek wanted to be unfamous. he gave the limelight to his [ex?] wife and operated in the shadows like a true assassin
To be honest, I'd let her live because this game introduces and starts the Templars. She said there would be a future after the cult, and she used the artifact even though she wasn't a part of the bloodline. Letting her live starts that journey of the templars and that to me, is the correct history sequence of Assassin's Creed.
Yep I believe that is the right choice
Martin that is the right sequence
@@mcarthur215 I believe so
Historically she also lives into her 70’s so I figured letting her live, and the fact that we know she will help form the Templars was the right decision.

Its not when we have the great catastrophy that was like 75k BCE already.
I love this game but I haven't played enough editions to understand what you're saying

Knew it was her from the very beginning (after killing the Eyes of Kosmos cultist line), shortly after Athens.
The model is clearly female, and the first clue was "Controls Athenian politics." Aspasia was the ONLY notable female character besides Phiobe in Athens related to a main story mission, and given that she was Pericles' wife/partner...
