WRONG
Because discord mods that never go outside, it turns out this is a twice-in-a-lifetime experience because it happened again. Jason Gray, a Discord user posted in a military base in Alaska did the unthinkable, leaked government documents. Now here's the thing, our fella didn't get in trouble for leaking government documents... so what did he get in trouble for?

While I was enlisted, we always made jokes about how the National Guard wasn't the real military, their uniforms always looked like garbage, their PT scores were below requirements, etc. And now, we keep getting news about National Guard kids releasing classified info onto the internet. Just want to add background checks ARE standard for anyone getting a security clearance. amd you have to reapply to get another one done every 10 years or so if you want to keep it. This guy probably was squeaky clean until after he got his security clearance.
It's possible his consensual search of his Discord account would have resulted in severe consequences if he denied it, so he allowed it, thinking he could keep all his no-no business secret anyway.

The whole Michigan gov plot thing was actually pretty wild, because it was later found that one or two of those dudes were actually 100% not even involved and were pointed at by the feds/informant just so they could get good boy points. The extent of their evidence was literally basically "Well, they went on a ride with me once and like guns" or something like that.
I also noticed that wording for that guy. "Appears to be classified." Weird, because if it was classified, they would say it in a heartbeat. They wouldn't have to put any other qualifiers in it. I get the feeling that the accusation of one of the two things that the accused did stinks to high heaven on this one. And the sad part is, we will likely never know which.

In light of this, I think it's not crazy to start having some doubts about the PDF file allegations. The US government isn't exactly known for being honest, and it appears to me like they just wanted to get rid of the guy for some reason, maybe because he's almost a domestic terrorist. But that's just speculation

I had a couple of friends that had been banned from discord ENTIRELY. Probably some of them did something crazy, because one of them was too strange and suspicious. Then I stopped talked to him, because he was typing literal nonsense. After 5-7 weeks he was banned

Although, the interesting thing to note regarding this video is that this leaker "most likely" leaked things, and NTTS only mentioned him having a silencer on a gun + CSAM. Which is interesting because American government agencies are literally known to use things like CP (CP that they possess the originals of, mind you) to charge you with a crime and invent an excuse to arrest you.

I have a discord account that got completely nuked and no longer exists. It's more common than you'd think. In my case it was for "doxxing" because i referred to a user by the name they have in their linked spotify account. But then again this was back when discord had a trust and safetly, maybe now its more rare.
Did they also completely erase it right away and all of it's content was also gone?
@@KaiBannon It took 2-3 days but all the content was gone. No "deleted user" thing, no messages, nothing. I contacted them the day of and it took a few days for a response, in which they said it was too late as every trace of the account was already deleted fully. It was a while ago though.

The largest distributor of CSAM is the US government, and the fun part is... we always take at face value that "oh lookie we found this stuff on his account"
Of course they're not going to show proof, or have receipts to make it clear that it wasn't planted after they seized his machine. And his story seems exactly like the situation where the CIA/NSA would resort to this tactic, we have inconclusive evidence of him leaking classified documents, but not enough of a guarantee for those charges to stick the landing, so we pump some CSAI onto his account after we seize it, show it to a jury or judge and get the man thrown in Jail where he will probably be killed by the inmates before he can spread the story that he was set up.
We know about the honey pot virus the CIA has that has you download a massive collection of this material from THEIR OWN servers. So no, I don't take at face value the allegations, it's just that a majority of convictions for this material seem to follow the same pattern, they suspect somebody of doing something, seize their shit, find little to no evidence of the thing they were looking for, but for some reason find a massive haul of the one thing that is a crime just to have in your possession. Since the material is so "sensitive" we don't really get much in the way of proof that it wasn't planted evidence, nobody questions it, they get thrown in jail and subsequently murdered by other prisoners before he can really speak out on what actually happened.
Ask yourself why Jeff and Maxwell got charged but not a single client?

also they have a database so they can actually locate the victims in the videos, it's used for facial recognition and also to provide info to agencies like ncmec to help match the kids in the videos to actual missing persons reports and provide their possible whereabouts

Those aren't charges, those are circumstantial evidence at best, or absolutely nothing. But like seriously, if you knew you had CSAM images in your discord would you consent to a search?
I'm just saying that the MO follows a very common pattern, they don't have charges against him that they think will stick so they plant CSAM and execute him
The government doesn't care about protecting children, the way the law works none of the victims in the video or images can even use those as evidence against their molester. The law does more to protect the perpetrators than the victims, and with most of Jeff's clients being the elite and politicians you can see why the law is built the way it is, it's illegal to have evidence of CSA (especially against politicians and the super rich) and nobody questions it. I'm pointing out that while the potential for this guy to be a creep exists, we have caught government agencies planting this evidence with this motive in the past, and it matches the usual procedure almost perfectly.
