With video, you could argue that you want a nice expensive camera, but for photography, you really don't need anything high end. As long as it has a larger sensor than a smartphone and a zoom lens, you can definitely get better pictures with a dedicated camera. Having that larger sensor, and being able to choose a focal length of around 50mm rather than having to crop a smartphone sensor to zoom is much better. At least when you shoot RAW. Editing is also very important as you say.
I really feel you on the channel talk, and the RC stuff. I guess we have had pretty similar progressions in terms of all that. I would of course love to have this as part of my job, I have now got a half year to a year of just working before I plan to move on to university, So I kind of want to put in the effort and try to see if I can make it work now that I have less things on my plate, though it really is a daunting task. Wishing you all the best!
For sure, when you stopped posting the RC stuff I at first I was like aww man why’s he done with that? But now I totally get it cuz I’m doing the same thing🤣 I appreciate it!!
@@JustGrant25 haha 😂, yeah like you said, it's not that it isn't still fun, I think it comes from the fact that the reason we love rc cars is that we love cars, and when we finally reach the age where we can actually "play" with real cars, we just move on to that. Seems like the natural progression.

I think that’s exactly the reason, our toys just get bigger 😆
Really appreciate the fantastic examples of edits. Keep them coming. You’re so good.
