I just felt sorry for how they treated Montgomery. They used him as a mascot just to parade his injuries to the jury and have the jury feel sympathy for him but don’t tell him that DK was caught and then offered a plea deal. The state plays dirty and I hope the jury sees how they treat their own witnesses.
The state is soooo dirty!!! He says he’s there for justice and don’t even know the state cut a 7 year deal with the men responsible. How does the victim not know???? They tried to use that kid and to me it backfired. Nobody in that courtroom is responsible. The guy responsible is walking free!!!!

this is one of the craziest trials i have ever seen. It has lots of comfort breaks, lunch, tea breaks, recess breaks and we still have over 100 witnesses to go. this trial will end in 2027

He should review the evidence himself to audit it and make sure what’s admissible. He doesn’t put in the work the secure justice and that is why this trial is a mockery. You cannot leave it up to an unscrupulous DA’s Office to make sure that the evidence rises to to standards of justice - THATS HIS JOB. So he’s just passing the buck here. He could have trimmed the witness and the evidence list down prior to trial, but HE won’t take the time to review the entirety of the evidence. So he has no idea what the jury will see. Which is unacceptable because this is his only case.
This is the most unprofessional trial I’ve ever seen.
I've watched other attorneys complain about ms.loves tactics in court rooms they say she always crosses the line while bringing cases to court on the border of illegal tactics

It had nothing to do with any of that, the defense was showing how he was FALSELY brought in thinking he was getting "justice" for who shot him but in reality he hadn't heard a word from the DA's office since he got shot UNTIL they wanted to tug on the jury's heart strings and it backfired like crazy! They never followed up, told em that his SHOOTER MADE A DEAL and is already out on the streets, and they could careless except for bringing the guy in to have a poor me moment in front of the jury! The ENTIRE DA's office including ol fani pack needs canned! Their horrid!

It's purposeful by the state to try and overwork the defense's lawyers. Defense lawyers do it as well, requesting an absurd amount of information (that they have a legal and real right to) to overwhelm the state and make the trial cost more $. Because at the end of the day that's what the judge is really upset about. I think the judge is also worried the jury is almost ready to vote for nullification because this is disrupting their lives in a massive way.

I feel that the way they used that man to make an impact on the jury is sick! They let him think that he was there to try and get justice for what happened to him. That is not even what this trial is about. Nobody has told him they know who shot him.
