That was crazy, the last moments. Mr.Steele kept insisting that Mr.Bean was in fact interrogated at the hospital. The judge kept saying there was no evidence but Mr.Steele just kept arguing until FINALLY the judge hears the recording again where Mr.Bean admits he went to the hospital without being asked about a hospital. Which is enough to assume that he was interrogated there. There’s no way that a criminal wouldn’t be asked questions after being caught and taken to a hospital. Whole time the state and the judge made it clear that there was no evidence that he was interrogated but Mr.Steeles persistence made the judge change his mind. What an amazing lawyer; having the balls to keep arguing with the judge is crazy and even more crazy that he changed the judges mind.

*Think about this. The state, in front of the jury, said there was a second statement given at the hospital. The defense asks to see the statement. The state says they don't have it. The defense attempts to ask the witness about the statement THE STATE QUESTIONED THEM ON!! The judge denies them. The defense rightfully calls for a Brady violation hearing. The judge denies, saying there is no Brady because there's no physical statement… HENCE THE REASON FOR A BRADY!!! Saying, that only when the state presents the statement it can be seen as Brady. Completely disregarding that the state said in open court there was a statement… That's the only way Steele heard about it, was from the state examination. The judge is extremely biased. He let the state play a song, then denied the defense from playing the exact same song on cross hahaha 🤯🤯 Steele already has the appeal typed out and ready to go if somehow Thug is found guilty!!*
This is going to be a mistrial. Besides that, it’s ridiculous that this has been the longest trial in Georgia State history. A trial with no murder charges(they mention the murder of people like Nut but none of the defendants are charged with murder). Absolutely ridiculous.
I agree with it being a mistrial, but Shannon Stilwell and Yak are charged with the murder. Think Nichols is charged with a different murder, someone called Shymel Drinks, think Stilwell is charged with that murder too. His lawyer said he was charged with two murders in his opening statement

Nasty judge he didn't even have the decency nor was he man enough to even apologize to the lawyer when the lawyer prove to him that he was right in the judge was actually wrong all that yelling at this man for nothing. This is called the power Trip he's the judge and everyone beneath him cannot tell him whether he's right or wrong but he heard it with his own ears on the tape and it shouldn't have taken three times for the judge to hear the tape before he heard what the lawyer was trying to make clear. Horrible thing when people show off for cameras trying to make others look bad when it only shows the ugliness of them themselves.
I was looking for this exaaaaaact comment. The judge was on DA Love's side all this time and screaming to him that they had no evidence, and suddenly when they replayed it he switched because he couldn't cover that up AND added all the other evidence that was already brought up, like the police radio and so on. I seemed like the judge went harder on Steele to save face with the State because he dismissed they lil evidence.
This was a show he backed tracked really quick like always. Only reason the trail takes this long is because they have no evidence... guilty people are convicted fast asf or a deal is made but in this case they want thug by any means necessary..
If you remember detective Velasquez said it’s not uncommon they delete recordings and re record statements. When he asked detective Benton if she considers that illegal she said absolutely🤷🏽♂️

Someone who is in contact with Thugs people need to tell his lawyer that this is a known tactic of the Atlanta detectives. After a suspect invokes their right to a lawyer they take them outside to smoke a cigarette and act like it’s nothing just to then get the person to start talking again without realizing they are recording them. That is what is discussed in this video with the judge suppressing evidence from an interrogation. All the lawyers have to do is look at episodes from the first 48 and it’s on there. It is one of Detective Quinn’s favorite tactic.

Its common for deputies to enforce "fake" laws all over our country and of course they dont have to answer to anyone because 99% of defendants dont have a media following. All over our country, people are dealt unfair sentences and are given no real chance of defending themselves. Our country's courts must be repaired or face the consequences slowly boiling to the surface.

Brian Steele is a great lawyer…the fact that the judge argues with him as much as he does…but lets the prosecution do basically whatever, just shows his biased. But it is nice that he called the prosecutor out!! Once someone says they want a lawyer, u shouldn’t be able to keep asking anything, and anything after that, shouldn’t matter. They asked for a lawyer. End of story. I love that the judge finally said it. “U just don’t like my ruling. Just stop. Stop” 😂😂😂 I feel like she should have been thrown out of the room, she doesn’t seem to be told to shut up often enough.
